TL; DR-Make or buy something fun! 95%
Basics- IT HAS POCKETS! Treasure Vault is the TTRPG equivalent of a Toys r Us Christmas catalog. Lots of new toys for everyone to play with, from alchemists with new materials, to spell additions that give some extra umph to the fireball, or the fighter with the ability to add pockets to armor.
Mechanics or Crunch- Overall, this book has a solid crunch to the system. There are lots of new toys that everyone can use and enjoy. It's an item book and the items fit with the rest of the toys in the rest of the system. My one major issue is that some things are left out because they are covered in other books. Tell me where those are from so I can check the rules out in those books. It's not a major thing but it's enough so I was a bit confused on some new additions in this book and lead me to check out others books for the rules. Also, the newer rules on crafting are good, but they reference things without giving enough background so I was a bit confused there on first read. More links to the other materials and books would help. Good stuff but enough confusion that I was a bit lost as I read through some of the sections. 4.25/5
Theme or Fluff- I was surprised by the amount of theme present in here! There is a framing device where a dragon and a kobold discuss the new items and materials. It's enjoyable! In addition, all the new toys the book presents are honestly fun and more fitting to the world. 5/5
Execution- This is a slam dunk. Solid layout, easy to read font, hyperlinks, and solid art all make this an easy and enjoyable book for anyone to use. Well done book craftsmanship. 5/5Summary-This book is another solid addition to Pathfinder 2nd Ed. The book is crafted well from a technical standing. The new toys for players all feel fresh enough that players will enjoy them and they feel like they fit in the world. Even the new things all fit well within the mechanics of the world. My main issue is I would like more rules to help me understand how some things are used or how some things are done. If you or your players want more items to spend that sweet, sweet GP on, or or more things to make, this is the book you need for Pathfinder! 95%
Some creative and wonderfull items, overshadowed by some negatives
The book contains some items I was looking forward to, mostly more druid-friendly armor, but if I am sincere, also a couple of things that feel like they could still use errata.
For my own APs and things the book is essentially in quarantine and players have to ask permission even for common options.
That is genuinely something new, and in many cases, it's about magic/alchemical items with a significant power level increase.
Not just that, but a fair number of items also felt like they break some design guidelines I had assumed existed in this edition of Pathfinder. Like the helmet, I had level 17 AP players ask if they could buy this relatively low-level item..
There are a couple of other instances of items I never hope to encounter at a table, but in general, if a GM chooses to include everything in the book in their game, it will have a measurable effect on player power.
Of course, the book also adds a fair number of new interesting options, but some of what some might call power creep negatively affects my perception of everything else.
Also, love the Leiomano, does anyone have any suggestions on what a 2-handed variant would do for its damage?
For page 72 snakey things are called scalescribes.
For two hand massive leiomano if I were to make it, I'd probably jump it to d10, then give it deadly d12 instead of fatal. Higher base and slightly higher critical for removed hand, maybe give it another trait like backswing or forceful but idk. Though I'd consider asking more as a rules discussion than the product.
Also, my own thoughts, I've found a couple things reading through that I think could be clarified better, but thoroughly enjoy everything I've read.
I've been hoping for the Book of the Damned(Complete) and the Shadowstaff. I have a campaign planned around those two.
No such luck for those specific items I'm afraid. But we do have deific items for Cayden Cailean, Desna, Irori, Shelyn (which is suprisingly metal). Some star guns, a ring from an fey lord, and a shield made out of kaiju.
I can expound if any of those interest you. But summarizing is a bit difficult.
Shield made of kaiju is something I cannot even fathom.
It sound like "I killed this immense apocalyptic natural phenomenon and made this shield out of it."

Which should be inscribed on the shield really.
I think it's actually just a scale, so there are a lot of possible explanations.
Got my physical copy today, I'm both super-excited, and a bit disappointed. I was really hoping for something along the lines of Ultimate Equipment for 1e, with old and new equipment provided in one book.
I much prefer using books over apps/Internet when browsing for options, and I would have liked to have everything in the same place. I understand that this would push the page count much higher, but now I'm starting to feel $55 for 225 pages is a bit... underwhelming. Still, I can't wait to read it and find out about the great things that are inside.

...
For my part, I'm glad that it doesn't have all of the old equipment. I don't want to pay for that information again.

This month saw the release of the Fists of the Ruby Phoenix Adventure Path compilation, and with it, the sanctioning for the adventure! Much like Abomination Vaults, the chronicle sheets and boons are nearly identical to those published with the first printings. Otherwise, it’s been a quiet month for new content! Work is underway on sanctioning Treasure Vault, which should be ready for street date next month After that we’re hoping to get starting on Lost Omens: Firebrands, the Drift Crisis Case Files for Starfinder, and are starting to eye up the Drift Hackers and Gatewalkers Adventure Paths.
I'm assuming the "next month" comment is because the blog was written in advance of its February 2nd posting, so we can hope that it'll be ready for street date and posted today or tomorrow.

First of all - get used to Paizo books being more expensive. Inflation + paying the staff better (hopefully) means that prices from a decade ago won't be coming back.
Second, a "let's put all equipment here" book becomes, in a way, obsolete the moment the next book with any gear is out, so it only works well if it's the last book in the line. Ultimate Equipment got some flak from people who bought it thinking that "ultimate" implies "all Pathfinder gear" and 5 seconds later somebody tells them their character has an orc butchering axe that isn't in UE.

I'm fully aware of that, but having a big book including most of non-obscure stuff would still be great for me. YMMV

There the weapon trait training. But I wasn't able to find a single weapon with that trait. Is it something that was cut or some kind of upcoming weapon?

Are you sure? That table is pretty small and easy to miss. I actually didn't find mine originally. For my recent shipment, I removed the items I intended to keep and passed the box with its contents on to my GM friend. He found the table mini.
