1) WisMod
2) Kata Master: Panache and deeds for mysticism; Wildcat: Improvised weaponry and brawling for mysiticism.

Sweet! What is the panache keyed off of? Can you think of any reason to take it over a swashbuckler?
Any gunless gunslinger archetypes?
1) CHA. Its literally the Panache class feature from Swashbucklers.
2) 1 Archetype: Bolt Ace, the gunless gunslinger.

Nice.
I'm hungry for hunter details too, anything you care to share? Especially in regards to teamwork feats... please and thank you!
It basically looks like an druid-meets-ranger (with cleric alignment restrictions on casting) option focusing on the pet and travel/tactics. The teamwork feats look similar to the inquisitor, but I've just skimmed the page and haven't completely read the hunter entry yet.
Any new sorcerer bloodlines?
No new bloodlines, but the bloodrager's bloodlines have been broken into pieces for barbarians to scavenge as rage powers.

no, its all weapon finesse and 1-h flavor like the swashbuckler
Damn! I was really hoping I would finally get my cavalier that dumps the mount, keeps tactician and orders, but gains some kind of new ability to replace them that makes me like a noble general who wades into combat in full plate, hefting a zwiehander and cleaving men in twain.
Panache is cool, but I have been seriously waiting since APG to rock a Cavalier like this and this wait is starting to grate.

If you're not playing PFS and your GM is okay with third-party stuff, check out the Inspiring Commander on PFSRD. I can't recall at the moment which 3pp it's from unfortunately, but it swaps all your CHA-related Cavalier stuff over to INT and ditches the mount.

OK now some juicy details on the bolt ace? Do they make crossbows at least as strong as regular bows?
I can't say if they're as strong as regular bows without crunching the numbers, but they get a lot of gunslinger abilities as well as some stuff crossbow-users have been wanting for a long time.
I have to say Inexplicable Reload is quite possibly the best name for a gunslinger reload ability I've ever heard.

Big Eyes Small Mouth. Anime-based roleplay system, I think it's based of Mutants & Masterminds. One of my gaming group guys back a few years ago tried to get us to play a session, it never went anywhere.

Zadim Is Awesome! Is there anything to help the slayer with stealth/shadows or possibly the ability to use wands of CLWs (I'm the wand heal not of the group)

Any fighter love/fighter feats?
There are two fighter archetypes (one that gains brawler mechanics and one that gets a mutagen) which I believe have been described earlier.
I couldn't find any fighter-only feats, and there isn't all that much I'd say targets the fighter specifically, but there are a lot of interesting feat options. One thing worth noting is that Pummeling Style and Pummeling Charge gives a variation on pounce and is available to any class with a BAB of +12, or significantly earlier if he dips MoMS or unarmed fighter.

Necromancer |

Two questions (I think a lot of people wants an answer to these as well)
- 1) Any feat that grants more skills?
- 2) Any feat with fighter as a prereq? I mean, any fighter only feats?
Believer's Boon grants limited access to a domain (can be taken twice, doesn't stack, deity restrictions)
Nope; if anything, this book has pickpocketed the fighter with extra gropes and everything's out on the table for the rest of the classes.

OK. Thanks.
So no feat that grants more skill ranks (like toughness but for skills)?

BESM was from Guardians of Order. The system was referred to as the Tri Stat system. There was a D20 version of BESM. Mutants and Masterminds is from Green Ronin as is True20.

Hey there all,
I just wanted to drop in here and say thanks to the posters that put aside the lengthy discussion on Slashing Grace in favor of looking at some of the other cool things in this book. I know it is an issue of importance to many of you, so I am going to take a moment here to fill you in on what is going on (Lunch breaks are about the only time I have available these days).
That said, before I begin, I DO NOT want this to revive that discussion. If you want to continue discussing it, please start a new thread.
So, this feat originally had nothing to do with damage. It was just a way for the swashbuckler, and a few other classes, to use slashing weapons with some of their class features. Thats it. As the book was getting close to print, we were looking over it and felt that was just too weak. The damage component was added to make the feat more attractive. It was not until after it went to the printer that we realized the odd case we had created (that you cannot get Dex to damage on a rapier). Since this was obviously a vital part of the iconic character for that class, we saw it as a real problem and started looking for a solution.
Then came the Pathfinder Player Companion: Advanced Class Guide Origins.
We were in charge of developing that book and came up with a feat to resolve the problem. Since adding rapier alone to Slashing Grace was a poor patch, we came up with an entirely different feat to speak directly to rapiers.
Would you like to see it?
Normally I would not post something from a book that has not been released yet, but I am in a fine mood this week with Gencon approaching. Seeing how you all calmed down and got along, here it is.
FENCING GRACE (COMBAT)
Your extreme style and fluid rapier forms allow you to use agility rather than brute force to fell your foes.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Weapon Finesse, Weapon Focus (rapier).
Benefit: When wielding a rapier one-handed, you can add your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to that weapon’s damage. The rapier must be one appropriate for your size.
In addition, if you have the panache class feature, you gain a +2 bonus to CMD against attempts to disarm you of your rapier while you have at least 1 panache point.
Now, this has nothing to do with this book, so if you want to discuss it, please take that chat elsewhere (and feel free to copy this post over if you like).
Thanks again everybody. We've got a couple more issues with this book to resolve, but those will have to wait until another lunch break (or after Gencon). I gotta get back to proofing the Strategy Guide.
I hope that you all enjoy the book and the design team is hoping to see many of you at Gencon next week!

Liz Courts,
Favor to ask of you. Before you go home next Wednesday evening (13 Aug), could you preset this PDF to go on sale as soon as it rolls midnight PDT?
My wife will kill me, or at least make me sleep on the couch, but I'll get up at 03:01 EDT and purchase and download if it is available then!
I really want to see the final Shaman and Warpriest.

*stuff*
Thanks for the update; while it's disheartening to see such an oversight happen, if it's discovered after the book's been committed to paper, there isn't much that can be done.
That said, I do like the fact that the mistake happened directly led to a feat that not only functions identically to Slashing Grace, but for rapiers, but is mechanically better than Slashing Grace would be for rapiers, seeing as they wouldn't get any benefit out of the "treat it as a one-handed piercing weapon for abilities" part.

Gisher |

I was going to save this for an upcoming Iconic Design, but I think it might help clarify why Dex-to-Damage is on slashing weapons only.
Zorro, arguably the most iconic "swashbuckler-type" characters in modern fantasy, has a feat chain that probably looks like this:
— Swashbuckler's Finesse (class feature), Weapon Focus: Rapier (1st Level), Weapon Versatility (Rapier) (Human)
— Slashing Grace (3rd Level)When I think of Zorro doing crazy bouts of finesse with his rapier, he's always doing it with quick slashes, not thrusts. A thrust (which is what a piercing weapon represents) would require some strength behind it in order to, you know, pierce someone. Same with bludgeoning weapons; those require some muscle in order to hurt someone.
But a slashing weapon? Yeah, I could see you doing more damage to someone with a slashing weapon by being quicker and more agile. While it might not be the most optimized feat chain in the world, I think it makes a lot of sense and Weapon Versatility (Undead Slayer's Handbook) provides a fairly solid workaround for most weapons.
On the positive side Slashing Grace does work with Zorro's other iconic weapon: THE WHIP!
Whip Magi, especially Kensai Whip Magi, just became even more awesome! (Even more feat intensive, but still.)
And for those who like Eldritch Knights but don't use Golarian content, one level of Swashbuckler not only meets the martial weapon requirement, it also makes a decent Dex based Knight feasible. Probably using a scimitar, katana, or urumi for the high threat range.
