![]() With Rani's attack, the red swarm dissipates as a deep purple mist, leaving behind no remains. As soon as Jasmine thinks about the unusual effectiveness of single target attacks, the blue swarm seems to blur and shift and the resolidify. I will resolve Jasmine's round a little later. I'd like to allow time to review actions if you choose. ![]()

![]() Apologies for accidentally posting as Walter Echo earlier in game. I don't know why the default changed and Walter is in another PbP. I often have fewer brain cells than I'd like available when playing. Along those lines, if you would be kind enough to provide vs EAC or vs KAC for your attacks, I would appreciate it. I know most times it is obvious, but like I said, limited brain cells, which leads to wasted time as I think about it and go back between the post and the PDF. Thanks. ![]()

Your RVC (Regional Venture Coordinator) should be able to put you in contact with a more local VO to guide you, or provide you the information directly. The free adventures come from either being a registered Venture Officer, most likely a VA (Venture Agent) for a local venue; or from running a convention or similar event with sufficient tables to qualify for all GMs being granted their adventures. I will try to find the right person to reach out to you. In the mean time, if you have more questions, feel free to message me directly. ![]()

I suggest you email or open a ticket with Customer Service. Definitely include the URGENT tag. A link to Customer Service is available at the bottom of the page next to the Paizo logo.![]()

![]() I just ran a pre-release charity game of this. Despite the hints and reminders early in the scenario that outside of the controlled environment within the camp, this is a low-gravity world, I forgot by the time the players reached Map B. I think there is an argument for this encounter being outside of the gravity control. It is at the perimeter and there is damage within and clearly defenses breached. Low-gravity would make it much more manageable for low-level characters to leap down 10 feet without injury. This is particularly important for the squishy level 1s, who are unlikely to have jet packs, etc. Passing on our thoughts from discussion after the game. ![]()

I realised my likely error later but this is the first time I had a chance to come back and check. Had already corrected before reading your post. Sorry about that. ![]()

My understanding is that you can use the new rules from 01 August, the release date. You must implement the new guidelines from 12 August. ![]()
![]() You can add story elements but not mechanical ones. You swing with gusto, completely missing your target and barely keeping your balance. You miss the target, the bullet ricochets off the rock, whizzing past your ally's ear, so close they hear and feel its passage. You cleave into your foe, splattering all those adjacent with their blood. Make sure to read your audience and keep it within their comfort levels. ![]()

As far as I know, Europe's subscriptions, like Australia's, are shipped to the individual directly from Paizo. This means we pay the normally high shipping prices that are part of today's reality. ![]()

That said, I truly believe the union is doing good and from what I have heard, Paizo is working with them in good faith. Please, continue to support Paizo and praise the worthy employees there. ![]()

![]() Hello, everyone. I apologize for the late mentor introduction, life has been very busy. It is for this reason that I will be a part-time support mentor, popping in when I can and contributing when I can. Mostly, I will likely be lurking in the background. I am ancient (let's get it out of the way right now). I started with the original 3 pamphlet style books of original D&D back in 1977. I played regularly once I started and my first DM experience was completely off the cuff story telling with a shared set of dice. We all had a bunch of fun. I went on to enjoy a variety of RPGs, though with long life breaks between gaming groups. I still enjoy a variety of RPGs, though focus mostly on the Paizo products. I was introduced to Organized Play at Gen Con 50 and started playing with my then local lodge soon after. Within a year I had added PbP and later became a PbP VA, a role I recently handed over to another. I also play via VTT and still enjoy in-person games when I can.
Welcome everybody. ![]()
![]() All of these sound like great adventures and I look forward to experiencing them. The PAX Unplugged live plays of the first two were very fun. Thank you. I'd like to thank the entire Organized Play team and all the freelancers who have brought us new games throughout the year, for all your hard work and the care you put into brining us these adventures. ![]()

![]() A quick reminder to all our GMs, and I apologize I have not done this more regularly - please report your completed games so that we can include them in our quarterly reports. This helps track and justify our presence and ongoing support. This is a quick additional report in addition to reporting to Paizo. One of the options we have considered on occasion, is having a reporting number for the lodge and having a form you complete where we then report to Paizo, or an option where we set up GMs with reporting privileges for that event number. This would open up some options, such as the potential for increased AcP. It would also increase the workload, at least some, for the VOs, so it should only be attempted if our community members think it is worth while. Please let us know what you think. Either comment here or send a PM if you are more comfortable communicating privately. Thank you. ![]()

![]() Hey folks, your friendly House GM here. I only became aware that last evening that there was a need for a backup GM for the last few days for your game. My apologies for the breakdown in communication. I believe GM S is back so should be posting today. If there is further delay, we will have a backup GM fill in for you. ![]()
![]() Driftbourne wrote: Another thing I think has been holding me back from GMing PBP again, is that I'm much more likely to GM with a familiar group. Currently, there might be one or two players randomly from the previous game, but the game ends and everyone just looks for a new game on their own. There's no, what scenario do we want to play next, or who wants to GM this time conversation going on. There is nothing wrong with asking for expressions of interest to form an ongoing group. Several have done so. Or if you have particular people you enjoy playing with, reach out and see if they are interested.![]()
