![]() Recently bought the 'Owen Bundle' A question that was asked, but not fully answered: I did note one thing with Shadow Style... Text states a new style is gained at 6, 11, 15, and 19th level. While the chart lists 6, 11, 15, and 20th level. I'm assuming the text is correct here? Checked my copies of The Adventurer's Handbook and The Genius Guide to the Shadow Assassin and they are both the same. ![]()
![]() Having some problems calculating EDV for my characters. Is there a better explanation somewhere on how to get the numbers for the formula? Average damage, I can get that, but the others are just confusing me on how they are calculated. {Yes, I took statistics in College, but the knowledge on how to use it just seems to have disappeared after I graduated :( } ![]()
![]() A stupid question (which is seems everyone knows the answer to but me): How can you get Weapon Focus at 1st level and Weapon Specialization at Fighter 4? From what I understood, you had to wait until the level AFTER you met the prerequisites to get the feat. Just got the Humble Bundle, so I am a little behind. ![]()
![]() The Arcane/Archer/Divine/Martial Archetypes updated (maybe a Mental Exemplar added). More Rune Magic, continuation of the Talented line of books. Mythic Updates. More Horrifically Overpowered feats. Wishlist (would love to see, someday): Godling updated, Apprentice Level characters & Favored Class Options updated to the current books (Paizo & RGG). ![]()

Got this email reply from Lee Garvin: quote: "Personally, I classify them as both animal and magical beast, and therefore affected by magic that targets either or both."Now to figure out what spells/feats or abilities that would help my character. ![]()
![]() Question: What are Noble Animals? When looking at the Noble Animal Type (see below) it doesn't tell me what type of spells that affect it. Is it classified as an Animal, Magical Beast or what? Just trying to get more information. Noble Animal Type: A noble animal is a living, nonhumanoid

![]() Looking at the deeds, and all three are on my character's wish list. :)
Any other feats that would help? Trying to beef up this character. It is going to seriously behind a normal humanoid character after about level 5 unless I can increase the AC and damage quite a bit. Especially with almost no magic items. Looking into more obscure feats from the non core books and 3pp material. Here is my "Wish List" of feats so far: Wolf [Bestiary] - size M, Bite Attack (1d6 + Trip), Natural Armor +2, speed 50'
Ranger Combat Style (Natural Weapon) - Aspect of the Beast, Improved Natural Attack, Weapon Focus; Eldritch Claws, Vital Strike; Improved Vital Strike [useless-rending claws, multiattack] Bite Attack - Weapon Focus, Improved Natural Attack; Snarling Bite (3pp)
Trip - Greater Monstrous Trip, Improved Monstrous Trip (3pp - altered for animal characters) Bleed Damage - Essence of Blood, Increased Bleed, Tearing Bite, Vicious Wound (all 3pp) Speed/Movement - Fleet, Run, Nimble Moves, Acrobatic Steps; Agile Runner (3pp) Armor Class - Improved Natural Armor; Dodge {Mobility, Spring Attack} NO - Weapon Finesse [no-STR higher than DEX], Agile Maneuvers [no-STR higher than DEX], MAYBE - Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes {Stand Still}, Power Attack {Improved Bull Rush, Improved Overrun}, Improved Unarmed Strike {Feral Combat Training}, Lunge 3pp Sources:
Note-use Aspect of the Beast to get Claws; Rending Claws and Multiattack now useful (also Improved Natural Power, Natural Power (3pp))

![]() I want to create a Noble Canine (Wolf) character, but I am not sure where to go to get help or more information. Have not been able to find information about Noble Wild from the publisher's web site or forum since it was redone more than a year ago. All the older threads seem to be gone (or at least I can't find them). http://www.skirmisher.com/ Anyone out there played a Noble Animal and could give me some advice? How about an awakened animal? Link to more info about the race: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/extras/community-creations/caedwyr-s-lab/noble-wild -species Mainly I am looking at what feats would be useful. Can't use armor and no ranged attacks. With no hands, only their natural weapons can be used to attack with. ![]()
![]() Managed to transfer the files to a Windows 7 machine with Libre Office on it (no Microsoft Office on any machines I have access to). The Pdfs are a bit more readable, but they look completely different from my XP machine. Not sure what these files are supposed to look like in Microsoft Word. :( Would still like to see PDFs created from Microsoft Word if anyone is up to the challenge.... ![]()
![]() Trying not to be too picky, but I do love these files. My problem - I am trying to create *nice* PDFs that I can read on my Kindle Fire Tablet. I can *read* the files with Libre Office (2 column format, but some tables messed up), and Google Docs (1 column format with some tables messed up) but neither are making decent pdfs for me. Sorry about being a pest ;) ![]()
![]() Updates for some of the outdated products, bringing them in line with the newer books [ultimate magic, ultimate combat, advanced race guide, etc] The Genius Guide to ... Archetypes
ARG information for the race books [hoof & horn, wind & wing] Talented Ranger, Talented Wizard/Sorcerer Would love paragon classes for the races. Some nice simple templates for PCs... ![]()
![]() I am trying to figure out how many race points a noble wild character would get. General Information:
I guess the Animal (Noble Animal) type would be 3rp:
After that it gets a little tricky on figuring out the total number of race points. The character that I am working on is a Canine (wolf subspecies):
Canine [tiny, -2str, +4dex, +4con, +4wis]
Canine (wolf subspecies) [small, -2str, +6dex, +2con, -2int, +2wis]
There is a 2 level canine class. Taking both levels, the canine ends up with the following stats: (med, +6str, +6con, +2wis) and the wolf ends up with the following stats: (med, +2str, +4dex, +4con [just like in the bestiary] -2int, +2wis). Can anyone help me with this? Thanks :) ![]()
![]() I bought Noble Wild to make a Wolf Ranger PC (with a halfling companion). The Pdf is updated, but there are still a lot of errors in it. I had to look through the threads to find out that the starting stats for the wolf are wrong (same error in both the 3.5e & the PF version). I like the species, class changes, skills & feats. The boons (& Grant spells) and magic items (fetishes, jujus, etc) are a bit confusing and could use more descriptive information. One thing that annoyed me is the 'Noble Wild' type. How do you treat these animals for templates and spells? They are not animals, magical beasts or humanoids. Was never answered as far as I could see. ![]()
![]() Wish List :) What I would like is some of the older materials updated with Ultimate Magic/Ultimate Combat classes:
More feats for GGT Feats of Multiclassing. I know you are working on the following, but will include for my list:
I use all of these pdfs in my game for my character. |
