No Reactive Strike here, unfortunately.
Ann swings at the injured owl as it takes off, but only manages to ruffle a few feathers. The bird is too quick. Practicality overcomes irritation at its escape: there's still another bird, and she's more than happy to make it bleed. Dashing over to the remaining owl, she feints with a Prayer Attack before aiming a swipe of her sawtooth saber at its outstretched neck.

Yeah the crits were att Ann, did not update the dice, and I forgot the resistances and I forgot the Gang up from Sien ;) Was certain only Ketsu-Kiba have that.
The assasins responds with fury of blows, Ann swings three tiems, each strike accurate and wounding. Sine lands a well aimed spellstrike, followed by long jump moving around the bird. Ketsu-kiba inspires his fellow assasins and makes a strike of his own which is also followed after by Moonlight. All of that break the birds spirit who departs. AOO for the fleeing bird
As you take a break and look around, you spot that the previously manned war machines are standing vacant. THe fight was moderate with 2 birds, there is no saying of pulling 6 more soldiers
However you hear sounds from behind the door to north of you, soon the room cracks open and a figure goes out
"Who goes there!" The fight gets you 1 inflitration + 5 awarness points => triggers the complication
DC 38 Deception (to use trickery or a disguise to convince the guards the PCs have a right to be here) or DC 42 Intimidation (to threaten the guards into silence)! The DC is steep due to awarness points +> this can lead you right into another fight!

You hide the body on the roof where Sien once stood, then you listen under the door and slowly crack it open, too afraid to heal the wounds where you were. The room on the other side was empty so you sneak inside ...
This bedroom is spacious, with newer and more comfortable furniture than the rest of the fortress. A large bed, an oak writing desk, an armoire, and an armor rack furnish the room. Hanging from the north wall is a fishing pole and net with several lures hooked into the netting, all of which look immaculately clean and well-cared for. The south wall has a mural depicting an impossibly tall warrior covered in plate mail, his red eyes glowing through the slit in his helm. The warrior wields a greatsword and is slashing through armies on a vast blood-soaked beach. A small stone altar with a softly glowing smear of blood atop it stands in the room’s southeast corner.
