Actually Celestia was thinking about that
Celestia had this overwhelming urge to grab the nearest long thin thing and bash the ghost over the head with it - several times. Either that, or grab books and start throwing a barrage of them at the ghost. But what to use, a pole? A plank, maybe a telescope? Trober's rifle? Trober? Oh wait a minute there's that spear over there. That'll do.
But as Celestia started to swim over there, the ghost struck at Shari making it uncomfortably close, and Celestia realised she couldn't take another hit like the last one. So she guarded stepped, and cast a first level Mystic Cure on herself before swimming off to where she remembered last seeing it.

Finally able to pierce the fugue of magical fear over him, Sakorus snaps out of it! He rushes down towards the crystal spear, hoping to make a play for it.
He can satisfy himself with other stuff if Celestia wants to go for the spear, though!
Double move to get closer to the discarded spear, keeping eyes averted from the ghost. I believe he'd still be +5 ft up from the ground, if I understand the map correctly.
