The Satyrs' magic no has effect on the sphere so they all draw their bows and each take a shot at the strange creature.

GM - not sure if confusion interrupts the rage song but since he has lingering performance…it will last or expire this round, depending on ruling.

I believe it will disrupt it if you roll an effect that would stop you from taking a free action to maintain; I would say it definitely isn't disrupted by the Acts Normally rounds, but would be by the other three. That will give 2 rounds after this for lingering performance. I think that means you puched yourself for 1 more point of damage as well.

One of the Satyrs shoots Corners of Spheres successfully. The Rock hits Corners of Spheres, but the spell fizzles.

I did not realize they erattaed snowball to be SR:Yes, but that makes sense.

Corners of Spheres flies over to Omar, and lashes out at him with a long tentacle. It slams into him, and Omar can feel it tearing at his soul as well as his body.

There is a ripple in space, and Daosvaria's head appears near Corners of Spheres, spraying him with acid.

Corners begins to melt, chunks of ravaged flesh dropping off. It looks like he is beginning to lose structural integrity.

EXPELLIAMUS!!

Omar lands a solid blow, then Triix blasts Corners of Spheres with a series of magic missiles, causing him to finally fall to pieces. As he falls to pieces, the room is suddenly plunged into an illusionary void, with each Pathfinder standing in starry space. A collosal entity covered with hundreds of eyes floats in the darkness between stars, its eyes slowly turning to look at the Pathfinders. Just before they make eye contact, the illusion fades, and a terrible shrieking fills the room. The body of Corners of Spheres dissolves as the entire demiplane heaves violently, knocking the Pathfinders prone.

Ralzeros turns, his hands still fused to his face. His voice seems to echo from his whole body in an oddly muted way, rather than coming from his mouth. "Corners is...gone? But he will return. This was but a small projection of his true form. He will find me, again, but not soon. His threat to push into Golarion through this demiplane has been thwarted, turned aside. But corners have a way of bending back to reach their goals."

Combat over! Now you need to decide what to do with Ralzeros, and can call for a portal from Zarta whenever you want to leave.

Sooooo .... Master Ralzeros .... what do you want to do now? If you want to leave this place, you could come with us. Besides, there is probably a lot you can teach me ... and maybe help me get home.

"Zarta requested that repairs be performed on this demiplane if possible. We should investigate to determine if further reinforcement is possible before departing." The android then begins looking for such.

Though this seems ot be far beyond her experience.

She will wait to hear Ralzeros' opinion before deciding what she wants to do with him.

Jaakko stares in terror as eye-covered entity fades. "It will come back? And it wants still to invade Golarion, if I understood correctly? Without Ralzeros's aid there ain't much we could do to repair entire plane." he muses

I don't think anyone made a knowledge check, but he was a unique abberation. He actually has an ability where he can't be identified unless you got one of the books that talks about him from Ralzeros' library.

"Leave? I...I could leave. But I have done so much, I do not know if I could bear the weight of guilt from my failures. I fear that even after it destroyed me, I will be unable to resist the secrets from beyond the stars."

"Still, I will go with you if you think it best. I know many things that may be of help. Many of the secrets that broke my mind are still with me. And you broke Corner's hold, for a time, and enacted rituals to break apart this plane's connections to the material world. It is not a small thing, and I do not believe you will need to worry about Corners using this space as a launching point to infiltrate Golarion. He will come in his own way, in his own time, though I worry if I will draw him to me."

"After so long, I do not know if I am even truly Ralzeros. You met many pieces of me here, and Corners has held me for so long I do not know if I am the original or merely a copy he retained for his amusement. I cannot truly be certain he has no hold over me."

Well .... to be honest ... I'm not sure that much of your work has survived down the ages and, I for one, have been curious about your research into space and the stars. I too have an interest in the stars as that is where my bloodline power comes from. And I'm fairly sure other Pathfinders would want to consult with you too.

Besides, everyone has guilt ... it's a fact of life.

Dexter is still shaken from the final view of the real foe, ”I… just want to go home. And maybe there we can help you better.”

The Rock nods at Dexter.

"Yes, the time to leave is now."

He turns to Ralzeros.

"You better come with us if you can. This place will surely drive you mad over time and perhaps there is much that you can tell our people about this demi-plane."

The Druid begins to call for a portal from Zarta.

"Time to report back to Zarta then. I think it is best for you to come with us." Jaakko nods

A glowing golden portal appears, and the Pathfinders make their way through the portal, followed by Ralzeros. They return to the Blakros Museum, where they see Zarta, Nigel, and Ambrus are preparing for a fight.

"Watch out, you've been followed!" Ambrus yells as Ralzeros steps through the gate behind the Pathfinders, and moves to engage before being stopped with assurances that Ralzeros isn't an eldritch horror bent on invading Golarion but is the wizard responsible for the demiplane's creation.

Ralzeros does not even seem to notice the initial hostility. His attention is focused on analyzing the geometry of the space and grappling with a sense of vague familiarity in his surroundings. "Familiar, and yet not. Space warped within space, with extraplanar manipulation...fascinating..."

Zarta examines the group intensely, staring at Ralzeros. "Ralzeros. You found him. Tell me everything."

Dark Archive PCs may make a Diplomacy or Knowledge (arcana) check DC 22 to convince Ralzeros to aid the Dark Archive (unlocking a boon).

PRIMARY SUCCESS CONDITIONS: The PCs earn one Prestige Point for defeating Corners of Spheres, thus freeing the demiplane from his influence.

Secondary Success Conditions: End the scenario with 4 or fewer containment breaches.

Different events trigger containment breaches; you triggered one by not getting a high enough check to avoid fighting Daosvaria, one from not having enough people pass skill checks when challenged by Ralzeros' mindshards in the library, and one from failing one of the checks to retrieve the books. But doing all the rituals reduced the breaches by 4, so no breaches occurred. Second Prestige Point earned!

Scenario complete! Great job everyone! I'll get chronicle sheets sent out some time later this week.

Orenjii is Exchange but can automatically aid checks for the Dark Archive characters if allowed.

Triix manages to convince Ralzeros to stay and assist the Dark Archive with their work with Orenjii's help.

Triix is relieved. There is so much she wants to learn from Ralzeros. Maybe enough to write a book.
