Triix runs to hide behind Ginger

I moved all the tokens into the telescope room...in no particular order.

Let's also watch for any signs of that wizard or his minions. I wonder if we need to disable the telescope or if something was seen we need to note for later?

Orenjii smashes herself in the face again with the Harrow deck.

If anyone wants to go for a grapple or disarm, go ahead.

Dexter’s eyes fill with sadness and he looks at the group as they all distance themselves. His voice cracks as he pleads, ”Please… please help me. Help me help her. She is going to kill herself!”

The very small gnome tries to reach out and grab Orenjii around the waist.

Triix also runs out to help grapple Orengi while holding a length of rope

Ginger .... might need help here

Orenjii's CMD is 16, so really not hard to grapple her.

Of course, she now has to target you next round - if she can do anything. Maybe go for a pin?

Jaakko runs to help you hold Orenjii while he recovers. "You saw something in there?"

Orenjii thrashes, awkwardly throwing a card at Dexter and cutting him. It returns to her hand, and the thrashing ceases as her mind clears.

sTill trying to make sense of the chaotic behaviour What happened? What ...what did you see???

I should get a scroll of Animate Rope Triix says as she sits on Orenjii trying to tie her wrists.

"Apologies for my aberrant behavior. Overclocking my visual processing unit was insufficient to analyze data obtained from the device. An entity beyond my understanding observed me while I attempted to examine the starfield, overwhelming my determination. Further investigation is not recommended."

She looks at the card she threw.

Dexter pulls out a wand and heals up the cut on his cheek. He looks at Orenjii, ”We good? No one else wants to look through the evil mind control telescope?”

/sigh, that’s my normal clw wand rolls right there.

”Uh I will pass on having my brain scrambled by the telescope. I reserve that activity to copious amounts of ale and singing.

Omar waits a moment for any other activity in the room before lifting his hammer and preparing to continue to the next room.

"Whoever is watchin' us, I ain't givin' them a chance to drive anyone nuts." Jaakko says and blasts lens of the telescope with his gun

Triix gets off Orenjii and collects her rope. She then realises her hat is on the floor, revealing her lashunta antennae on her head. She quickly puts it back on hopefully before anyone notices.

The bullet shatters the glass lens of the telescope, while the rest of the contraption remains intact.

The Pathfinders continue searching through the rooms. The next chamber is bare, empty benches and an empty desk. The one the follows it has many lumps of various types of metals, partially melted into blobs stacked precariously around a desk.

The room after that is much mroe interesting. The Pathfinders push through the mist and find themselves in a larger chamber.

There is a human appearing girl with rust read hair sitting on the floor of this chamber (At D on the map). She has a collection of dolls and is playing with two of them, as they whisper back to each other and to her. The dolls she holds are of a facelss, many-limbed reddish humanoid, and a shapeless plushie covered in cloth tendrils and button eyes.

She squeals with delight as she sees the Pathfinders enter, and eagerly beckons to them.

She gives a lopsided grin, speaking eagerly in a breathy voice. “You must be the ones I saw through the Library walls! Looking through my Master’s mind, you were. Reading all his silly studies. I’m Daosvaria! Are you here to play with me? I’ve never met anyone from the big world—the outside, past the gate. I want to go there someday, see every corner of it, but I can’t, not without my Master, and I’m so lonely in here!” She slumps down, pouting, then just as quickly regains her energy.

And she makes it look like she just extracted a silver coin from behond Dao's ear before giving it to her.

The Rock and Ginger especially keep their distance for now. The druid tries to determine the girl's true nature. He uses his Menhir Savant Spirit Sense ability to determine if she is undead,fey,an outsider, astral, ethereal or incorporeal creature.

He notices her clever use of magic.

She looks dubious for a moment, then a big smile breaks out across her face. "Oh! Its a trick! I love tricks! It's so round and shiny too!" Her voice drops to a conspiratorial whisper. "You should probably practice hiding it better in your hand though, its less fun when its not a surprise. Maybe sneak it in from a different layer of reality next time?"

Everyone can make a Bluff, Diplomacy, Intimidate, Perform or Sense Motive check to make a positive impression on her. Go ahead and accompany it with how you're interacting with her.

Dexter seems to finally be through with his emotional rollercoaster after dealing with Orenjii's issue. He takes a deep breath and moves in with the group.

Initially expecting an attack, he sees his allies safely trying to interact with what appears to be a young girl. He moves up, with a gentle smile, "Hi Daosvaria, I'm Dexter. I'm sorry you are lonely. It must be very difficult to be here. You mentioned your master, but do you have any parents?"

Diplomacy + Inspiration: 1d20 + 10 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 10 + (5) = 17

1/4 inspiration points burned, I also moved everyone into the room she is in.

Either you're very perspective or I need more practice Triix replies. She demonstrates a few more tricks though.

She just looks at Orenjii and sticks her tongue out. She loves Omar's song though, tapping her foot along with his singing.

"Ooohhh, very nice! It sounds so sad, but also makes me feel lots of things, and I like it. Can you sing any more songs? Maybe something about the nice air man floating up there?" She points up at The Rock without looking at him.

Omar laughs at the suggestion of a song about the Rock.

For you, I will compose the song for the next time we meet...maybe calling it Mister Blue Air...although Mister Blue Sky sounds better for the lyrics.

The Rock flies around in circles attempting to anticipate where the little girl would like him to go next.

"Corners? Oh, he's from far away. He and his friends the Angle Wolves and the Space Mushrooms, and those wiggly things with too many arms and pincers and claws that never stay the same. He's not very nice though, and not much fun to play with."

A somewhat...different game. Her grin suddenly takes on a somewhat sinister look as it spreads too wide across her face, splitting open her cheeks as her flesh seems to melt and dissolve into a large, twisted black dragon with red frills. "Lets see if you're as fun to pop as corner's toys."

The boar snorts as his adrenaline starts pumping him up for a fight!

The Rock does not accept the song but instead tosses a ball of ice at the weird creature before flying straight up almost to the ceiling with the inherent grace of an Air Elemental.

He cannot fail the DC 20 Fly check for flying straight up.

Ginger accepts the song and at The Rock's command steps up and tries to chomp down on the creature twice. she forgoes the opportunity to grab the creature.
