Sorry about that, my laptop died this week, and I had to look for replacements harddrive, all in all I got plenty of unplanned distractions.

"Very well, we will meet at the city gate at noon! When Sanrea's light is brightest. Rest and prepare" says Uirich leaving.

Uirch arrives fully dressed in his Knight of Lastwall armor and attire alongside another Burning Sun member to go over the rules of the fight. The Burning Sun orcs escorting you to the place explain how much of an honor it is to have someone outside the hold participate in this battle.

Most of the town has come to watch this combat, both to cheer Uirch on and see the prowess of the Pathfinder Society. His fellow hold members announce they’ll be joining Uirch’s side during the fight to ensure it’s as fair a challenge as possible for the sake of the knight’s dignity and honor. However, as they’re not the ones wishing to fight to the death, they ask the healers stationed on the wall and around the area to stabilize anyone other than Uirch upon falling in combat, including the you. The combatants start on opposite sides of the town’s gate entrance. The wall is 30 feet above the rest of the city and full of Burning Sun members and other spectators, including Ruhkat Twisted Tusks. The spectators are excited to see the Pathfinders at their full strength, but for the sake of wanting to see Uirch at his greatest and strongest, the casters from the walls will be buffing Uirich throughout the fight.

Uirich stands with one orc and a triceratops on the opposite side of the gate. ;) And here is my elephant to fight with me :P

One of the casters from the wall casts haste on Uirich, He raises his flaming scimitar "Best of luck, the healers will not let you fall, so I will not hold on my strikes" he prayse and moments, and disapears, reapearing next to Dreadfang whom he strikes with his sword Blink charge

Requirements You are holding your bell implement, and the triggering creature is within 30 feet of you.
Your implement sings out abruptly, disrupting your foe. The piece played depends on whether the trigger was a Strike or Spell, and it applies to the triggering Strike or Spell, except where noted otherwise.
--Distracting Cacophony The trigger is a spell. You create a musical crash of sonic energy that assails the target and breaks its concentration. The target must succeed at a Fortitude save against your class DC or become stupefied 1 until the end of your next turn (stupefied 2 on a critical failure). The target doesn't have to attempt a flat check to avoid losing the triggering spell, but the discordant ring does lower the spell attack roll or spell DC of the triggering spell from stupefied.
--Disrupting Harmony The trigger is a Strike. You create a strangely discordant harmony that sinks into your foe's mind and throws its movements off. For once, Manny keeps his footing. "Shylye, help me out!"

Manny calls out, knowing he won't be able to stand much longer. But he's got to push. Folmyr knocked the man off guard. So he fills everyone with a Courageous Anthem and focuses.

The angelic figure returns, now with a glaive, and lunges at Uirich. "I will try to make this quick, Uirich. I wish we could have spoken in better circumstances."

The fight is chaotic, Manny brings back angelic creature which strikes Uirich twice, hitting both times, Uirich drops his shield to the ground, which is when Samna starknife hits him. Nicely done, you almost dropped him unconcious with your non-lethal strikes :P Ask pathfinders to die in honorable fight!

As Raph brings Zombie in and Isaku shoots Triceratops, the crowd goes silent, you did not give that much attention to how loud it was during the fight, but now everything is still. The orc lowers his axe and turns towards Uirich lowering his head, as is everyone else, the Ashcaller twins come to the body and scream "Crucible mark, he has a Crucible mark" at that time you can see the sign similar to the one on Mahjas body.

Combar is over!

With Uirch defeated and Mahja’s body now safe, Ruhkat runs down from the wall and thanks and congratulates the heroes for all they’ve achieved. She invites them to come with her back to the town council center and you learn that tomorrow the twins will have several of the magic-wielding hold members carefully help move Uirich's body to rest alongside Mahja’s. This is a cause for celebration, and you are invited to take part in the festivities in Freedom Town for the next few days as the hold revels in the fact that two of their greatest warriors have a chance to bring glory to the Burning Suns for all eternity.

As you rest for the evening after the party, they find under each of their pillows a strange weapon: a pair of +2 called striking shears. None of the citizens of Freedom Town or the Burning Sun hold can explain the appearance of these weapons.

Shylye takes a moment to fly off and land behind Manny. "I'm sorry Manny, I tried to knock him out." She places a hand on his shoulder. "But there is honor and bravery. Uirch defended his homeland and was rewarded."

Manny isn't sure it's a reward. But the village is proud of Uirch. Maybe that's enough. "How many times have you seen this, Shylye? Amongst the Holysmiths?"

"Too many." Manny picks up a hint of jealousy from her voice. She disappears before he can respond. Jealousy?

Manny is quite distracted over the town's celebration, but he does what he can to move Uirch. Plus he's quite popular during the afterparties.

Manny drags himself to bed overnight and discovers a pair of shears. No one knows where they came from, and his other teammates have a pair, so he's certain it isn't from a secret admirer. But maybe it's a sign of thanks from the forces above.

When Uirch falls, Dreadfang turns to look with the others, and lets out a sigh. Then he faces the triceratops that he’d been fighting, and hugs one of its legs.

”Good dragon…”, he mutters.

The young woman thoroughly enjoys the festivities. She'll have to visit Freedom Town again!
