What's the flat check for blinded?

For those who are Blinded, I used DC 11 flat check because they know phantom's location before it acted for the current round, making the phantom Hidden. Now that it moved, it becomes Undetected for those that remain Blinded for the next round.
Zaos, Su, and Wolf are no longer Blinded for Round 3. I forgot to remove the condition.
