The experienced ones are giving everyone an extra Hero Point. I think Toasty is also using his Coin for an extra Hero Point that he can also give to another player during gameplay.

Veiled Lady, can you fill the Macro as well? I noticed that you were not on there. Thanks! I am about to make some secret rolls...

Done.

Horul |
To be clear: Horul's weapon always has an alchemist's fire in the weapon siphon and Graveroot on his breaching pike.
Aeshuura |
Good to know. I don't know much about what that means, so I will rely on you to explain it when it comes into play.

Fascinating Performance only triggers when you take the specific "Perform" action, not anytime you make a performance check.
There's a couple tricky bits like that in PF2 that are super easy to miss. Note the capital P in Perform in Fascinating Performance, that's in theory at least how we know it's talking about a specific action, rather than a more general reference.

Is treasure like old 1e PFS where you get to keep consumables if unused? I am confused by 'each of these consumables represents 1 treasure bundle'. Does this mean that you either keep the consumable or get a treasure bundle? Or does it mean that at the end of the module, you don't keep the alchemist's fire but can use the money to purchase it if you want to keep it?

Going to give a little time to RP before I move you along down the road...

Treasures found during the adventure are converted into Treasure Bundles. Each Treasure Bundle has an equivalent gold based on character’s level that is rewarded after the adventure. Some treasures can be found in the Chronicle which gives you access to it to buy it after the adventure.
On the phone right now so I copy-pasted below the words from the OP Guide:
As characters work their way through the adventure, they will discover or earn Treasure Bundles. These are simplified units that represent an even share of the adventure’s rewards. Typically a scenario will award 8 Treasure Bundles. Characters may also find named items of treasure or consumable magic items. These items are available for use during the adventure and often appear as purchasable items on Chronicles.
Unlike a traditional game in which the PCs would divide recovered magic items and other treasure among themselves, Pathfinder Society awards each participating PC a share of gold pieces based on their respective levels. Rather than divide up the magic items unequally, PCs have equal access to any special treasure found, represented by the items listed on the Chronicle.
At the end of a scenario, the GM should tally the number of Treasure Bundles (TB) found. The value of a Treasure Bundle depends on the level of the character earning it. Most scenarios are designed to award 8 Treasure Bundles, with 2 bonus Treasure Bundles available through exceptional play. The chart below gives the value of individual Treasure Bundles and pre-calculates the most common values.

Okay, that I understand. In this case, they give you these alchemist fires that represent 1 treasure bundle each:
Rewards: Regardless of their initial interactions, the villagers are deeply grateful for the PCs’ help fending
off the rampaging monsters. They provide the PCs with two alchemical items (three if the PCs succeeded at two or three skill checks during their investigation) that they think will help the PCs defeat similar creatures in the Forest of Spirits. The specific type of alchemical item they receive is detailed in Table 1: Village Details (page 16). Each of these consumables represents 1 Treasure Bundle, for a total reward of 2 or 3 Treasure Bundles depending upon the PCs’ success during the investigation.
Which seems odd to me. Does that mean that you can use it during the adventure, but if you do, you lose out on a Treasure Bundle?
Krinolyn ”Veiled Lady” Styncorn |
PCs can use them but they don’t lose out on Treasure Bundle.

I can't wait to make a Peach-boy Leshy when the Tian Xia Players Guide comes out! I really like leshy, but haven't had a chance to make one...

This is my first one. Just looked up Peach Boy, and that would be a great fit for Tian Xia

Momotaro was one of my favorite childrens' stories growing up. As luck would have it, my wife is from the area that was the birthplace of the stories!

Yep. It is definitely cool! The airport is actually Momotarou themed, with statues of the hero and his animal companions.
Outside of the train station, there is also a great statue of them as well!
I always bring the Kibi dango (little millet/mochi dumplings) home for omiyage when I visit.
I love Japan and we go back every year.

I'd like to inform everyone that I will be unavailable from April 27th to 30th (UTC +8) for an out-of-town summer vacation. Please bot me when needed. Botting instructions are posted on this character's profile.

Toasty, do you have a striking rune on your staff? I am trying to figure out why you are rolling 2d6 for your staff damage.
Toasty! |
I do indeed. Looks like I didn't properly update the equipment section. Also should be d8s in both hands (which is Toasty!'s default state.
2d8 ⇒ (7, 3) = 10 If you want to fix, otherwise happy to stick with original and just roll correctly going forward.
Aeshuura |
Okay, that sounds good! Quick question, are we able to buy potency and striking runes without a chronicle that has one listed?

Any common equipment in sanctioned Pathfinder content with an item level less than or equal to your character’s level (minimum 2).
Any uncommon equipment in sanctioned Pathfinder content with an item level less than or equal to your character’s level (minimum 2); your character must have access to this uncommon equipment.
Any equipment listed on your character’s adventure Chronicles with an item level less than or equal to your character’s level + 2. Weapons and Armor found on Chronicles can be upgraded following the normal rules for upgrading.
Any item or service purchased with Achievement Points.
---
So common items that are not otherwise restricted, can be purchased at your level or lower (minimum 2) without showing up on a chronicle etc.
This includes potency and striking runes. Also note that the PFS FAQ says you can upgrade permanent items by just paying the cost difference, so you can just pay 65gp to add striking to your +1 weapon etc. (Don't have to figure out rune transfers, or weird sellbacks when upgrading other items either from lesser to greater versions like a lot of skill items and staves etc)
Items showing up on chronicle sheets are sometimes uncommon, which gives you access that you might otherwise not. Or come with a discount (will be explicitly listed). Or give you access early (Level +2, although mostly doesn't matter because of how wealth works), Or a few early scenarios have items listed that are already available due to being written before the access rules were finalized, by mistake or do to a change in rarity etc.
