I don't have the full grasp of Incapacitation trait, so I might need some help here. Keff's Dizzying Colors is just Rank 1, so Level 3 and above target has their result one degree better, right? So if Otani fails the saving throw, it becomes Success?

Yes, exactly. Unless Keff heightened it.

Think of it as a Higher-Level creature's Laugh as the Lower-Level creature tries to knock him out with one hit using a very wimpy spell. "Ha ha, you fool. You think some silly rainbow is going to distract Me!?"

As a caster, if you want your Incapacitation spells to "work", you must prepare them in your highest level slots.

Correct. I was assuming he was higher level than us, although spells do work a bit differently than Abilities... which seems weird to me but... Success!

Here are your chronicles. The game has also been reported to HQ.

Since we’ve reached our goal of getting everyone to Level 5, Lions of Katapesh marks our final game for this Escapade. Looking back over the last two years and three months we’ve spent playing together, I honestly didn’t expect that everyone would stay until the end—but here we are. I believe it’s because your PCs developed such a strong cohesion that kept the party together through everything.

We will also remember Xyntryx and his PC, Rybar Gannon. His sudden passing was a great loss, and he will always remain a part of this adventure.

As for me, I’ve felt my fair share of burnout from all the games I’ve played and run during this time, yet all of you still chose to stay. For that, I sincerely thank you. I believe this PFS marathon has been a success, and I hope you all enjoyed this Level 1–5 Escapade as much as I did.

Again, thank you very much for playing. Wishing your PCs many more wonderful adventures ahead!

This has been a wonderful table to be a part of. To see different character ideas for long periods of time and how they can work with each other is also pretty interesting. Thanks to the party for being so entertaining and humoring Moists' strange dishes!

We made it! It has been great to travel this journey with you all and see all the characters develop. And I'll echo that this has been a wonderful table to be at.

Oh! I completely forgot about this masked character. I haven't settled on a cohesive approach for him with your group, so he ended up disappearing from the storyline entirely! XD
