I moved my computer upstairs today too. I can't really go that many more days without work. Especially if I am expecting to be able to pay for fixing the electricity.
So things are somewhat back to normal for now.

Sorry!
Weird stuff keeps happening.
I am back!
If I disappear for more than a couple of days, please feel free to bot for me to keep the game going.

"Bear eats you is a short story."
"And not a very interesting one." Macondi frowns at the page with the one sentence on it. "This would take a lot of work and changes to get it ready for publishing."

“Bear eats someone else can be hilarious!”

can I keep identifying in this situation? I think I already tried. If not, I'll just grab a tanglefoot bag instead
You can try recall knowledge multiple times.
Additional Knowledge
Sometimes a character might want to follow up on a check to Recall Knowledge, rolling another check to discover more information. After a success, further uses of Recall Knowledge can yield more information, but you should adjust the difficulty to be higher for each attempt. Once a character has attempted an incredibly hard check or failed a check, further attempts are fruitless—the character has recalled everything they know about the subject.
Each try after the first takes a -2 penalty per previous attempt. This makes it challenging to be able to succeed at later attempts.

If she's immobilised, I suspect she can't do much
Immobilized just means that you can't leave your current space. It doesn't mean that you are completely unable to move.
Grabbed applies Off-Guard (aka Flat-Footed) and Immobilized. It also gives you a flat check to possibly lose manipulate actions like drawing a weapon or casting a spell with Somatic components (CRB) or a spell with the Manipulate trait (PC1). As far as I can tell, Strike and casting an Impulse doesn't have the Manipulate trait, though I may be wrong on that.
Escape is also available and you can choose between your unarmed attack bonus, your athletics bonus, or your acrobatics bonus. It does have the Attack trait, so Multiple Attack Penalty applies just like it does with Strike actions.

Lore (cooking): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Bee tries out one of the new recipes that he learned from his competition earlier. He wasn't sure how well it would do being cooked over a campfire, but at least a few of the other competitors and many of the spectators like it well enough.

Performance: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Sam attempts to reenact the bear fight with Bamidele's help and succeeds, though it more often than not dissolves into a giggling wrestling match with Egg pouncing on Sam.

Crafting: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31
Ashun is going to offer his paid services to aid other alchemists in their potion making, while trying to learn a bit more about the cold climate plants.

Well, if you want to continue on to Q16 the sheet is up. :)

Lore (Plane of Air): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Bitty will be retiring from this group for the moment. Being an in-person VC has eaten some of my bandwidth. I have 5 new VAs, and my area expanded from games 4 days a week to 7, and I started creating a shareable map library. And we're hosting PaizoCon@ in addition to our other cons. So... Lots going on, and lots of good growth, but it's not fair on all of you to be waiting on my posts.
Hmm

"Nooooo!!" Sam wails

GM Bret |

Chronicles sent and game reported.
Sorry to add to the list, but since I am one of Hilary’s VLs it should come as little surprise that I also feel the need to reduce the number of PbPs that I am in. That means I will not be joining you for Winter Queen’s Dollhouse. Hope you all have fun with it.
Check with me in May, hopefully I will be able to rejoin some of the PbPs at about that time.
Thank you all for playing with me.
Take care,
Bret

So what's the plan? You wanna take a break until May? :)

![]() |

I'm OK with either way. I have other characters and games that I am playing - possibly even too many as well. I can handle shelving Bee for a while. But if there are still several people here wanting to play, I am good to keep going too.

![]() |

Well, depending on the scenario, I might be recruiting for something that's going to be focusing on roleplay. A friend (ZeroPharaoh) wants to roleplay -- given the stress she's under, I thought I'd oblige her and let her RP to her heart's content... :)

![]() |

It appears we're down to Ami and Bee. So are we going to recruit or do we call it a good run? This table lasted almost a year (seeing that I still have Outpost 6 markings on it!) :)

I'm leaning towards calling it a good run. You are all great and I would play with any and all of you again. When we all have time and energy to put our full attention into it.

It has been wonderful. Thank you for letting me join you for these adventures. I will look forward to playing with you all again in the future.

I think it's safe to say that Bitty (and Egg) were the glue... Somehow it's just not the same :)

Well, it's been fun all. Thanks for playing with me! :)

Sorry, I've been busy with family stuff
Yeah! It was really fun!
I loved playing with all of you. I learned a lot.
Feel free to ping me on Discord anytime, if any of you plan on running another one.
Thank you so much for having me ~
