Something seemed odd about this town, Mitra’s Fist. And the tavern they were in, The Overlord’s Inn, was certainly
a bit strange as well. [Everyone in the town seemed to stare at them as they walked through, and he had heard more
than one comment about how they didn’t get any visitors here anymore. He began to wonder if they had made a
mistake coming here, but what choice did they have after their guide had died from a scorpion’s bite and a sandstorm
had driven them into this mysterious mountain pass?

Sorry for the delay. I've come to the conclusion that I want to wind down my PbP games. I've done PbPs for a long time and enjoyed them, but I've been struggling with checking in regularly.

I personally will miss you, check in occasionally just to say hi. I think you and your characters add value and personality, it won't be the same, but hopefully we can keep up the hi quality of character development you established.

I would hope you character could role play their exit with the party to explain in character why you need to leave and how to find you if your needed again.

So the divisor is 7 not 5 is that correct?

Are the following part of Avaakris -- or -- were okay and thus not brought to light?

So where am I off -- I mean I am okay with the 22,870 just curious why I cannot come up with that number.

The ones prior to avvakris are not in the 1st group total, they are to be added to the 5314 and after the succubus add to that total minus 200 for the extra snake posted in error.

Also, the barfight is already 2886 each

Okay Ciri if I understood you correctly the entries that appear before Avaakris are simply part of the 5,314 total somehow and as such can be ignored.

Then after Succubus half -- drop the Snake XP=200 as it is redundant.

That drops my grand total even more.

Note the numbers in Bold seem to solidly correct. So I am still off by 3,836 do not even see where that comes into play.

Sir Rayhm, your total xp as well as everyone else's should be 45870. We sat down and figured it out this afternoon. Everything is posted on Ciri's sheet for the running total. I am having one person track xp for the group so that we don't get 7 different numbers. Sometimes there were 7 people, sometimes there was 8 and a few times only 6 so you can't go back and try and recreate the wheel.

Just take that figure please or start at the beginning of level 7.

Hey as I said I had no problem with the total I was just trying to figure out why I was off when I was looking through them is all.

Further I have absolutley no issue with one person tracking those numbers -- I was just a bit curious about them was all. To me its part of getting into the character kind of thing.

Now we have a scorpion to kill, and he pulled a McDonald's on us and gave us free upsize!!!

Ps you can always post your turn before it's your initiative, even 2 or 3 actions ahead if needed, DM will apply it on your turn.

I was not arguing -- I was asking where I was off -- because obviously the GM is always correct which means I am wrong.

Ah okay will post then -- uh a free upsize? You had smaller scorpions before?

Interestingly enough it kind of looks as if we had kept this door closed this scorpion could simply have been avoided.

Reldak was raised in an orphanage with a rather diverse group of children and took to the streets at a young age.

Over time he grew in skill to the point where he became a burgler for hire, who chose his jobs with care so as not try not steal from those who couldn't afford it, and primarily from those who actually "deserved" it. Most of the time.

In any event, he considers himself a professional, and holds himself to a rather high standard of professionalism. When jobs are scarce, he acts as a treasure hunter, and after a recent job went...sideways, and he barely excaped capture with his life, Reldak sought out new horizons and adventures.

As an aside, he is not particularly religious, but devoutly and anonymously donates 10% of his earnings to the orphanage where he was raised.

I'm imagining Fralk being in a clockwork cockpit inside the steel ball... part hamster wheel, but the effort magnified by the clockwork gears.

And two levers for steering like the old school Green Machines.

Horrible hall of the silent ball is a classic trap, a little bit before a gamer named Spielberg decided to use it in a great movie named raiders of the lost ark. Hey, guys.

I'm just going to go straight to the point, as ridiculous as it makes me sound, considering I JUST started playing in your game. I am going to have to drop out, at least for the next month, possibly longer.

Due to our production being behind at work, this week they put us on OT for 10 - 12 hour days, 6 days a week til the end of the year. I work on an assembly line, and the OT is mandatory. This was unexpected, and

I thought at first that rping would still be doable, and that I could simply write short posts for the time being. But, as much as I like the game, sadly, I'm finding that I'm not only exhausted, but feeling "brain dead" by the time I get home and that what time I do have is (understandably) desired by my wife and kids.

I'm really sorry to do this, but rather than limp and struggle through and still end up letting you down, I thought it best to withdraw before things really get underway. And to be clear, it's NOT your game that's at issue, here. It's me.
