Seemingly coming from Jean's shadow she states, "Now Stratton has such boyish charm."

Zaidel |

The satyr looks back, surprised. "I didn't realize Mistressians could travel via dragon bu++holes!"

![]() |

She smiles and states a bit huskily, "Most no, but I am special. Jean was most gracious to let me hang onto his arm. I am light and steady of foot. If he lets me ride him, he can ride me in his human form all night long."

GM Wolf |

He just shakes his head at the antics with a big smile. He asks, "Like a boat and a chain? There should be some boats at the Scuttle Puddle. Follow me!"
He then turns to the elves and asks, "Who wants to hang onto my back, be carried by me, or clutched by Jean?"
The two followers quickly accept Krazok's offer as the leader walks cautiously towards Jean. "Umm, so... 'clutch?'"

Zaidel |

Zaidel smiled coyly at the innuendo. "Well, Jean. I apologize for the extra weight, but I'll hold your right arm, please?"

![]() |

Jean nods and says, "Just don't let go. I am fast, but trying to turn around to come and get you won't work so well." Once they are ready he will take off.

Zaidel |

"Well, in case I do fall off, I can just fly to catch you", Zaidel grinned.

Stratton of Arcanium |

"You aren't going to get mad if I call you Atreyu, are you?" Stratton quips, climbing aboard.

GM Wolf |

With each of you holding onto one of Jean's leg and the elf being clutched, Jean takes off and follows Krazok.
Krazok easily gets out paced but pushes himself to keep up.
After a few hours you find a pond with a stream feeding into it and a dam that helps the pond keeps its form. There are a sparse amount of trees around the area. Upon closer inspection you find most of the trees have been chewed down. Indeed you find several boats mostly on the West side flipped upside down and dry on the shore.

GM Wolf |

Krazok lands near one of the boats and lets the elves down, he states, "let me check the area, the 'crabs' can be troublesome."
He goes over and flips the boat over with one hand and then quickly grabs onto his axe to smash it into the crabs hiding underneath it.

Zaidel |

"Guys, I know the water looks enticing", Zaidel began, "but don't drink it just yet. Let me detect poison first."
The cleric casts detect poison.
The satyr also examines the surroundings, noticing the lack of vegetation and the bite marks on the trees.

Perception: 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (17) + 27 = 44

![]() |

Jean wonders what these "crabs" are and looks around to see if he can find one. "Be careful getting close to the water. Those rocks look like they may not be rocks."
Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32

Stratton of Arcanium |

Perception 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (9) + 18 = 27
Stratton draws lady black as he approaches, just to be on the safe side after Jean's warning. He spots the movement and nods.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

Krazok finishes off the crabs that don't scamper off or head towards the elves. Then he plants the scepter, opening the doorway he lets the elves in first. Then he grabs the crabs and takes them in too.
A few minutes pass and they return. He grabs up the scepter then goes to the boat. He pulls out a sturdy looking chain and threads it through the front of the boat. He pulls out a 'C' ring of metal, loops the chains through it before bending it closed. Then using his firebreath makes sure it is welded together. By now the group has likely arrived and he hands the hand hold to Jean.
Anyone wants to help out that would be great! It likely takes him 20 minutes to bend the C ring.
☆☆☆
He agrees stating to Jellena, "I am immune to fire and that should help." He then holds it out with the chains behind him.

![]() |

Watching Krazok strain with the C ring she walks up and asks, "I should be able to warm it up so that is easier to bend. Assuming you are immune to fire?"
☆☆☆
From her waist she pulls a metallic cylinder that has a hook on it. With a flick of the switch the pure white beam of a light saber appears. She approaches slowly with it exposing the C ring joint to the beam. Moving it as needed. Once warmed up she helps with a bit of force.

Zaidel |

The satyr stands in quiet awe of the events. "I mean, we can try it, Krazok. But Jean is aware of the concept of aerodynamics, which the boat doesn't have."

![]() |

"Eh....this is all new to me too. But in theory this works. If you have Feather Fall, you might want to be ready to use it. The only real problem would likely come if something fast tries to attack us while we are in mid-air. So keep an eye out behind me." Jean says as he considers how to hold the chain as he flies.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

As things get into place Krazok checks, "It sounds like Zaidel and Stratton have ways to fly. Would either of you be able to grab an elf and carry her down should we 'begin to crash?' We should also designate who we are going to try to catch, sure whoever is closest could work but I don't want to smash into someone else... you know. Jellena do you have an escape route?"

Zaidel |

"Of course", Zaidel answered.
"But we'll try to make sure that doesn't happen", the satyr turned to the elven rangers, in a vain attempt to calm any fears.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 44 ⇒ (8) + 44 = 52

![]() |

She offers, "I have a potion of levitate just in case but that is my only ability to fly. If we do go down I have plenty of healing for the group. Grab the elves before me."

Stratton of Arcanium |

Stratton attempts to aid in the crafting, using his knowledge of mechanics to help make sure it is sturdy and correctly shaped.
Craft Mechanical 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (16) + 12 = 28
"I can certainly assist in a gentle landing at least a few times a day." Stratton selects two elves to carry with flight if needed.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

He relays, "My plan was to grab Merisiel the one closest to me in blue, Stratton you have Oparal the maiden in green. Zaidel you have Soumral the maiden in violet. Now if neither of you can hold extra weight then I will do my best to help."

GM Wolf |

With Stratton's mechanical help, Krazok's strength, and Jellena's heat the ring comes together in under 10 minutes. With the boat in the water, most of you in it, Jean pulling the chain with the ring in one claw, and with Krazok ready to help if needed, Jean takes off and pulls the boat over the water until he gains enough speed to soar into the sky.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

Krazok then flies to catch up with Jean to give directions before pulling away and pull up behind the boat.
He yells to Jean as the wind rushes by them, "Do you want to head directly to the Golden Glades or should we follow the path? The road will lead to the mountains. There we head to the secret pass rather than going around. But as we are flying we can just go up and over the pass."

![]() |

"The faster we get there, the better. So if you can direct me without the path we should just fly straight." Jean says as he starts heading towards the mountains.

GM Wolf |

Within the next day Jean gets to the mountains. He lands grabbing the boat. You stay the night within the magical fortress. The next day with a few guiding reference points Jean is easily able to ascend over the pass and stay within it to avoid the freezing winds. Just before the end of the traveling for the day you see a decent sized lake.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

Krazok flies up and informs Jean, "this is the beginning of my domain. You could bring us down at the far bank of the lake, or we can push it and get to the village."

Zaidel |

Within the next day Jean gets to the mountains. He lands grabbing the boat. You stay the night within the magical fortress.
After a long day with the high breezes washing over them and their boat, Zaidel helps Fizzmetal serve individual dinner dishes to the party. Zaidel chooses a ribeye steak, medium well, with loaded baked potato, corn on the cob, cheese biscuits, and all the alcohol the cleric can provide; with a large hot fudge sundae for dessert. During dinner, the satyr speaks more with Merisiel, Oparal, and Soumral; asking about themselves and their desire to travel to The Golden Glade. Diplomacy + Charming: 1d20 + 44 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 44 + 2 = 54
After dinner, Zaidel entertains the group with some relaxing harp playing.Perform (string): 1d20 + 45 ⇒ (16) + 45 = 61
Once everyone is nice and relaxed, everyone goes to their rooms to sleep. (Unless Zaidel can convince any of the elven maidens to sleep with him!)
Before going to sleep, Zaidel pulls up The Green Screen, deciding to spend 15 Boost points to gain +1 to an ability score below 21, which he puts in Dexterity.

In the morning, Zaidel prays for his spells from Cayden Cailean with some alcoholic spirits. The Cayden Cailean Familia member also prays for his daily Elixir of Strength, and drinks it (6 hour duration).

After Zaidel's meal, the supplies are dangerously low. The few things left are potatoes, dire boar meat, crab meat, chicken meat, carrots, and lemons. Unless I forgot something, I need to make a spreadsheet...
The elves appreciate the flavorful meal. They are amazed by the ice cream and fudge. They and likely the rest of the group are enthralled by your harp playing. Zaidel could possibly woo the entire group of NPCs into an orgy. Who do you want?
Fizzmetal easily produces the sparring room which has a dirt floor. It is 20 feet by 30 feet.

Zaidel |

Unless Stratton, Jean, Krazok, or Jellena show any interest, Zaidel convinces all three elven rangers into a night of debauchery and freaky sex.

Jean will leave Zaidel to his fun and quickly does his daily exercise before crashing out after carrying everyone all day.

Zaidel |

Yelling above the wind, Zaidel asked, "WHO'S CASTLE IS THAT?!!"

Krazok Vell Firesource |

He yells back, "THAT IS forerunner Kre'Teshlar Goldenwings PALACE AND SEAT OF POWER."

Zaidel |

"THE GOLDEN DRAGON'S PLACE?"

![]() |

"Awesome...should we start there or talk to the people in the village first?" Jean asks as he wonders what the dragon will think of him since he was chosen and became a dragon rather then being born a dragon.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

Still yelling as the wind rushes by them, "YES THE GOLDEN DRAGON'S PLACE. THOUGH IF HE IS HOME HE LIKELY WONT ENTERTAIN GUESTS. THAT SHOULDN'T STOP YOU FROM VISITING AND GIVING YOUR REGARDS."

Zaidel |

Zaidel smiles as the wind wipes his hair back. "WHO AM I TO DENY THE WILL OF TWO DRAGONS?! LET'S LAND!"

![]() |

Jean will move to land in front of the palace.

GM Wolf |

As you land in front of the palace Jean grabs the boat before descending and lightly puts it on the pathway. A crowd is gathering of many types of humanoids. About a third of them are some kind of dragon kind: kobolds, dragonkin similar to Krazok, spellscales, and such. Some of the more unique races are a few minotaurs, lizardfolk, and ratfolk.

Krazok Vell Firesource |

He lands after Jean giving the crowd time to assemble. He announces, "I have returned. Our borders are safer and will be even more safe when I leave with these adventurers. They have come to give their regards to the forerunner before any other business is settled."

GM Wolf |

The crowd erupts in cheers and begins to disperse. Many of them are armed, some even with glowing weapons, no weapons are bared except for the polearms and larger two handed weapons. Still not held with intent to attack or defend.
The large drawbridge is lowered and a line of armored guards stand ready to salute as Krazok enters.
Following Krazok you find a great massive hall with support beams with easily 40 feet between each one. He leads you to a circular table with seven counselors waiting. Krazok would stand to the side and if needed would prompt with, "Go ahead and introduce yourselves, these are the counselors in charge of the different departments."

Zaidel |

The satyr makes a courtly bow. "Greetings, Draconic Counselors of The Gold Monarch. I am Sir Zaidel of Owl Port, The Benevolent, Easier of Pain, and Fateweaver. Cleric and Chosen of Cayden Cailean. And bard extraordinaire." Diplomacy: 1d20 + 44 ⇒ (2) + 44 = 46

![]() |

"Hi, I am Jean, the Chosen Bronze Dragon." Jean says without bowing because dragons don't do that kinda thing.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (4) + 26 = 30

Zaidel |

"You've been expecting us?" the satyr questioned.

Zaidel |

This took the satyr slightly aback. "We were on our way to The Golden Glade to escort our elven friends, and meet Krazok's tribe."
