Owl Port Tavern

Around 2pm Owl Port Time, Sir Zaidel The Benevolent, Easier of Pain, Fateweaver, and Chosen of Cayden Cailean walks into The Owl Port Inn. Unnamed locals turn around in surprise.
”Greetings, my fellow Owl Portians..?” The satyr paused. ”It's me, Sir Zaidel. And the Blessing of the Drunken God be Upon you All!”

Shatash runs from behind the bar and nearly tackles Zaidel in an embrace. A kiss is shared as Zaidel puts the half-orc bar owner down. ”Equinox Manor is free of vermin. So I thought I stop by and to perform my caydenite duties and assist you and your Blessed Bar! WOW!” The cleric has a chance to look around, and true to her word, Shatash had put up several large wall decorations of Cayden's holy symbol, The Tankard. ”Shatash. Thank you so much!” The satyr said earnestly. ”Thank you.”

Zaidel's eyes darted around the room. ”I see a couple tables need bussing. I'll start there.” Zaidel kissed Shatash's cheek and got to work. As he worked, Zaidel greeted those at the bar and sitting in tables and booths. The caydenite used prestidigitation to clean tables, but would takes glasses back to the sink to wash them when time permitted. Many locals came up to Zaidel and asked him question. Mostly the questions were to seek confirmation on local gossip. Zaidel smiled 'yes' when asked if Zaidel was the father of Shatash's baby. ”As a cleric and healer, I wonder if I should midwife for Shatash when the time comes, or ask my network of Mistressian clerics for help. I haven't talked this with Shatash, of course, so it's all in the planning stage”. Zaidel gave a smile and wink to nearly listening Shatash.

Throughout the day, Shatash would corner Zaidel or Zaidel would corner Shatash in the backrooms of the tavern, and have multiple make out sessions, both lovers clearly waiting for the tavern to close. As he worked, Zaidel would try to sprinkle in the fact that he is expecting an influx of followers to Equinox Manor in the next few weeks into daily conversations. Shatash's working girls would flirt with Zaidel only when they thought Shatash wasn't working nearby. When asked about his immediate plans, Zaidel told the townsfolk he's be assisting Sir Jean in clearing out his manor of vermin. If anyone offered to help, the satyr would ask them to stay away as it looks like several giant dire rats made a warren in the manor, and it would be best if adventurers took care of the problem.

As the day worn on, word got out of Sir Zaidel's return and the Owl Port Tavern got an influx of people coming back from working in the fields, or on the ferry. Zaidel met the local trash man, who was taken aback by the satyr's feeling of admiration. ”You do important work, sir. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to see me at Equinox Manor.” During the day, Zaidel and Shatash would take turns at the bar for break meals. The satyr had a nice plate of fried potatoes and some fish sauce for dipping as his break meal. The Owl Port Tavern began to fill with most of the local population. It was Shatash that invited Zaidel to play some music. With a big smile and a wink, Zaidel stood on the staircase leading up to the rooms and cast summon instrument and began to sing.

The Owl Port Tavern erupted in applause and hoots of joy as the set ended. Several more hours passed, and everyone went home, and Zaidel and Shatash both stayed to clear and straighten up. The cleric refiled the used liquor bottles for the next day.

”Well, I think that's it? Anything else to put away or clean?” Zaidel asked.
Shatash looked around. ”No. It would have taken longer without your help. I'll just lock the doors tight.”
The half-orc went to put the bars on the door and lock the locks, while Zaidel turned down the lights. Through the dark, Shatash knew where all the tables were so it was no real feat to find her way back into Zaidel's arms. ”I heard you had chains waiting for me”, Zaidel breathed coming up for air.
”No! Damn you! You kept me horny all day!” Both lover crumple to the clean bar room floor.
