Alright everyone. The final decision has been made. The players who will begin the War for the Crown are....
Cecilia Volso - Ever_Anon
Kyralina Licina - Kittenmancer
Izalco Zespire - Xynen
Tabar Ballast - The Emerald Duke
Larin Zespire - adsapiens
Olnaris Valkavian - Simeon
These individuals may move to post on the Discussion thread.
There are so many good characters here, and it as a truly agonizing decision to filter between everyone. I went through several different groups before settling on this one. Because life happens, I will be holding on to my spreadsheet just in case.
I am also happy to announce, with their permission, that Kittenmancer will be starting up a second War for the Crown recruitment thread! So keep your eyes peeled for that, as it will be coming up in the near future.
Thank you again to everyone who has participated thus far, both in the voting that I established early on, to sharing your characters, your creativity, and your opinions. I appreciate all of it, and I wish you all luck in the future.
Cheers!

How are they planning to make that work? Are they going to wait until you table has completed book 1 (and thus stay a book behind you the whole way)? In all honesty, it's often a good idea to have the whole AP in front of the GM from the start, it often makes the plot work better if the GM is aware of the twists beforehand...

Hope to run into many of you in other AP's. Lots of characters here I would have loved to play with!

I can't speak for Kittenmancer but some players are very good at seperating character knowledge from player knowledge. I don't think they're the first to play in an AP they were also running.

Hey all, I will be putting up a new recruitment thread on Monday, I am currently in the woods for a little holiday.
If player/character knowledge is a concern, I can assure you that I can keep the two separated. I have GM'd Curse of the Crimson Throne while also being a player in that AP.
Currently I am going through some prequel materials and will be starting on the AP itself in a bit. I expect it will take me about a week to read all the story bits, which should give people enough time to submit their characters before I make my final decision.
