Behset will quirk an eyebrow and then smile widely. a fascinating ritual, if it is not untoward I would be curious to partake. May I ask if this ritual venerates anything in particular or is it for Kareev's benefit? I also apologize if I ask too many questions.
Behset would like to make a nature or medical check to make sure the shed skin isn't poisonous or otherwise harmful.
Otherwise she chats and tries to loop the party in. She tries to guide the conversation to the Vivified Labyrinth but often gets distracted with questions about avidexus bright garb and culture.

Taking a Quick Look around, the imposing statue of Bahor in the back of the “temple” is quite impressive. It’s clear that whoever made it paid close attention to the details of the large rakshasa it represents.

Bidding farewell to Avidexu, you backtrack to the hidden path, winding off into darkness. Following the path, eventually, the tunnel curves sharply to the north, ending at a set of
large bronze doors, each carved with images of tigers chasing other tigers in four adjacent circles. At the center of each circle of tigers, a snarling tiger head looks out.

Poking at the door, the well oiled hinges make almost no sound as they swing open to reveal a small chamber. Two statues, each depicting a tiger-headed man, stand in alcoves to either side of the doors. Their arms are wide, as if to usher visitors forward into the room beyond.

Scanning the area with detect magic and tuning out the know sources of magic, the spell is surprisingly silent for the good doctor.

Behset looks around the room and finds nothing out of the ordinary on the fine walls, but her curious nature has her tapping on the stones in the area, and as she reaches out to touch the dark wall to the north, her hand tapping on the wall fails to make a sound.

As each of you in turn poke at the wall, there is no resistance and you are able to pass right no through. You each feel confident that it must be some sort of illusion.

Dr Hu registers that this is indeed magical, but was not picked up by her spell, leading her to note that it must have been created by a caster of at least a little more power than the doctor

Inside the new chamber, it is empty. There are two alcoves on either side of the room, with one containing the only thing of note. A long, ebony handled lever protruding from the wall.

Behset eagerly looks at the lever and deflates as the party dithers in caution. She will move up to the lever slowly, in the very obvious way like a toddler acting sneaky, and pull it if no one stops her.

As Tensei and Faust look around the small room, and the doctor does a magical examination of the area, Behset reaches out and pulls the lever. Immeiately, the ground shakes and trembles, heaving the team off balance and tumbling them to the floor. And just as suddenly as it started, the room falls still and silent again.

With no injuries, the heroes are able to stand on their feet. The only path in or out is the door to the south.

for ease of the map, i'll let you guys know, the orientation on the slides for the map has changed, but your characters might not realize that just yet... so, play along? lol

from where the level is, you are unable to see any differences to this chamber. All you see are four solid walls, with the area to the south being the illusionary wall where you came into this chamber from. Did anyone want to peek outside of the “south” wall?

took a second look at my previous post from the other day. I said there was a “door” to the south, which would be incorrect. You guys came in through an illusion of a wall. That is still to your “south” as far as you can tell. My apologizes for the confusion there. And yes, the “south” wall on the map is now situated facing east. No way to tell if your room moved or if the area around you moved, which takes more effort in this format ;P

I want to mark the wall above the lever with a 1 and then look at the group, Just wanted to make sure to mark the wall so we down get all turned around. Let's so check out this door. Faust will lead because he is Scouting and because of Trapfinder I also can detect traps.
