That ill luck is really messing with Lupe's mojo and nothing comes close. Just as he was about to shoot some excrement shakes loos from the rafters above him and the cloud of particles falls onto his head and some make their way into his eyes. It was RIGHT there, the perfect shot. And Katsumi fares no better, though his mishap is more mundane involving an errant bit of carpet and sloppy footwork.

Rahella had just enough power left in her reservoir to send one last jet of acid out and decided that she should use it. She targeted the nearest pugwampi in the rafters and sent a last jet of acid at it .

Sarona, you fled the room and are currenty 40' from Lupe and guidance is a touch spell. And all the gremlins are over 30' from you when you take the 20' vertical into account. You could move and do a 30' spell or attack, though I do not see any such spell on your list that would work, so guidance is your best bet at contributing. If you want to contribute, I suggest you move into the room this turn and cast guidance next turn, though noone would blame you if you joined Casper behind the pillar. First level caster is a sad place to be. A first level offensive wand would sure be nice. In the interest of moving things along, though, I will skip Casper and Sarona for now. You two can do two actions when he next go.
Unfortunately, Rahella's last acid jet misses. Grrr. So the gremlins jeer some more, having taken no hits for that last few seconds.

Rahella, who is VERY lightly protected takes another hit. Everyone else is missed, which doesn't seem to bother the gremlins much at all. They are enjoying themselves immensely from the way they feed off of each others comments, whatever they are. They barely take time to aim, focusing more on hopping and dancing and jeering. The grounded one dashes to the ladder and scurries up to the rafters, then pauses to joint the others in their jubilation.

Jumpable, not so much. 20' is too high short of using a spell or a tool. Climbable is a possibility. In fact, I assume you are going to want to go up there to clean out the lair. It's going to be dangerous though as the whole web-work looks fragile for you but not for them due to size.
Note: I'm giving both Rahella and Lady Vulpina the benefits from the guidances cast by Sarona THIS round.
@Lupe, I saw you moved your icon this round but did not post anything. Did the forum eat it? Remember that the grounded one made it up into the rafters this round.

Rahella |

Rahella was quite annoyed at these disgusting little creatures as she began to cast again. She sent a tiny globule of acid out at the same cursed pugwampi she'd been targetting all along.

I believe red is still up above? If he's actually adjacent to me I will five foot first.

Lady Vulpina of Katapesh |

Vulpina sighs as things go poorly for their plans. Somehow everything feels... decidedly unlucky.
She tosses her pistol aside (hoping it lands somewhere soft) and places her blade in her teeth, dealing no damage to her weapon due to her lack of a strong jaw. She finds as likely a place to climb as any... and does her best!
Climb: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15

I believe red is still up above? If he's actually adjacent to me I will five foot first. they are all in the rafters!
Vulpina has enough movement to make it to the ladder and up, right on the tail of the gremlin that just ascended. So close in fact, that if it tries to run from you, she could try to get in a lucky shot. Well, she could except that she is unarmed at the moment.
@Lady Vulpina
Noiw that you are up the ladder, give me some skill roll or an IQ roll to determine what the odds are that the rafters will collapse out from under you.

miteke |

Well, that gives her some basic intuition that it is highly likely (but no numbers) that she will fall through if she wanders out on the rafters, regardless of you dex. Though it might be possible to use your dex to hop off of a collapsing section onto a new section (which would probably just collapse too!). At your level the damage from the fall could knock you out.
A thin balcony overlooks the chapel floor. Two rows of tall-backed wooden chairs dominate the southern reach of the balcony, which hugs the chapel's concave walls. The balcony falls away - collapsed for a span of perhaps 15 feet - just on the other side of the choir area. To the east, rickety time-worn rafters stretch across the whole chapel. Two huge sections of these rafters have been engulfed in the aforementioned nest.
Summary:
1) You got a balcony/choir area that is mostly gone along the west side. The balcony actually looks a bit more stable than the rafters.
2) You got the lair in the southwest.
3) All the gremlins are in the rafters except for green who is in the balcony.
This is a rather frustrating set up for the PCs if you ask me, so if you can think of anything interesting to deal with it, I'd be very willing to entertain the idea, including taking some time to reequip and come back to deal with the varmints.

My fault. I see I left the 'grounded' notation by green even though I said it reached the rafters.
Brown topples from the rafters and the gremlins laugh even harder, obviously not concerned with their team mates demise.
Which means there is a tiny bow available for use, though you would be hard pressed to penetrate the DR with it.

Sarona makes herself useful with some minor magics, while Rahella lobs another ill-fated glob at purple. It was a beautiful shot - except for the excrement red unloads at an inopportune time. Acid meets dung, and the results are quite... unpleasant, as the ball explodes right in front of her and splatters everywhere.
Naturally the Pugwampi's find this terribly amusing and start chanting a word that you might assume has something to do with bodily functions.

Green foolishly scampered along the balcony, which is more stable than the rafters (the western 15' is actually more sturdy than the rest of the rafters area) and Lady Vulpina is able to move up to it without problem and take aswing. Unfortunately her sword just isn't sharp enough to penetrate the things skin. You don't happen to have a whetstone, do you? An extra point of damage would allow you to at least nick him!
Casper continues to hide and the Gremlins dismiss him as they pour down another volley. Not the brightest tacticians, and actually enjoying greens plight, they do not concentrate fire on Lady Vulpina.

Sarona imbues Rahella with another guidance boost.
She then glares at Casper. "Your efforts will be better spent assisting Lady Vulpina. Go and assist her."
"And what exactly is it, Mistress Sarona, that you would have me to do? I have already suggested an expeditious retreat from the present melee so that we may devise a more successful strategy than our current, blundering course of action."

Sarona |

"Climb up after her and help her kill the gremlins above." Sarona's eyes seem to sharpen.
"I refuse to believe that you are only capable of contributing to this fight by growling like a wounded animal or running away."

Casper "Pythonglare" Cantour |

"Climb up after her and help her kill the gremlins above." Sarona's eyes seem to sharpen.
"I refuse to believe that you are only capable of contributing to this fight by growling like a wounded animal or running away."
"Well, you very well may find that a commendable choice of tactics, in which case you are welcome to adopt them, and I shall loudly cheer your advance into the thick of the melee. I, however, have already suggested that we effect a judicious retreat to reconsider what appear to me ineffective tactics against this particular enemy. I see now reason that I should acquiesce to your desire that I put myself in lady harm's terrible footstep, when none of our company have even considered my alternative proposal."
I'm not just trying to be difficult here -- I think Casper would contribute to group goals where he feels he could be effective, but he's not likely to get up in front where he thinks he's going to get hurt without being sure he's going to get out alive or be victorious. I think this is a fair representation of an intelligent NE character and what they'd do in this situation.

Lupe KOs red and it falls to the ground like a limp rag doll. Katsumi, unfortunately, misses (see discussion). Sooo close with the guidance. you missed by THAT much.

I usually make a point to keep a whetstone around—they’re cheap, good roleplay, and you’re never gonna be mad you did an extra point of damage—but alas, I forgot!

Lady Vulpina's mad dash after the gremlin pays off and she lands a nice one across it's back side, fair fight be damned! In spite of her determination, the acid goes awry as she struggles to get a clean shot while draning her neck to see the little pests. Green dashes off towards the lair and turns around to take another shot, but that gives the foxy lady a chance to finish him off for good! You get an AoO and if you finish the job, the attack on you does not go off.
