Plunder: We have 7 plunder after the required bribes, so Polli can sell that for 1300gp each, assuming that she takes 10 to intimidate and Dony aids. That'll take 7 days.

Infamy: Last time in Peril we hit Threshold 1, which lets us reset the totals. I also suggest we make Port Peril our favoured port, giving +2 on Infamy checks from now on.

So, Harmony needs to make DC 29 checks for the Siren.
Her mod is 15+2 for favored port + 1 for trait, so taking 10 with aid from Tessa (or anyone else) will do the job. 5 days

She also needs to start building the Sea Witches rep, which she can definitely do by taking 10. 5 more days.

Recruitment: Crew capacity for each ship seems to be about 50 (assuming that the Sea Witch is similarly sized to the Siren). Still need to know how many crew we got capturing the Sea Witch, but I estimate we want to recruit 40 odd sailors.

Leadership and GM Question:
Harmony's Leadership: 7 (level) + 5 (Cha) = 12.
Cohort will stay at 12, +2 for being a Free Captain balancing out the -2 for my familiar. [Does that apply if they're on different ships.]
Followers will be 14, because we have a base of operations.
@GM: Do any of the other modifiers apply for Harmony?

Based on Harmony's leadership score she'll bring in 15 1st levels, 1 2nd level and her cohort. So our recruiting needs drop to an even two dozen.

Finally Loot.
Selling the plunder as outlined above we end up with shares of 12,699.75gp each. Anything you want from the loot list you just deduct from your share. Marisan has claimed the trident, but anything else on there apart from the Sigli's Eye is available without needing to borrow.

TL;DR - we need to stay in port for seven days minimum, ideally 10.

Are we allowed to take the agile weapon enchantment? I know some GMs don't like it.

If so, I'd love to get that on both of my shortswords and upgrade my belt to a +4 (which I believe would be a total of 12k and 12 days, unless Polli can make the DCs for accelerated crafting on some of them).

If not, I'd like to get a +2 wisdom headband, upgrade my dex belt to +4, and add the distance enchantment to my bow (for a mere 11k).

If that's too much to put on Polli's plate, I'll prioritize what I'd like to ask her for (and maybe look to pick up something cheap in port).

Cohorts don't take the penalty because they usually move with you, but followers usually stay at your stronghold or some other relatively safe location (in this case probably the Rock), so there's a penalty because you're not with them all that much. If you were all on the same ship you could make a pretty good argument for not taking that penalty because you wouldn't be moving around relative to them, but I suspect it would have to be a pretty remarkable ship to still qualify for the stronghold bonus?


Yes, but you're attempting to lead them from a distance and from one day to the next they have no idea where you are. An absent leader is less effective.

Okay please correct me if I'm wrong.

The swordmaster's flair(blue scarf) lists blind fight, improved trip, lunge, and nimble moves as requirements to craft. Plus the spell good hope, which is a 3 lvl three bard spell Harmony doesn't have. So 5 requirements Polli doesn't have and a casting level of 5, means she'd need a 35 spellcraft roll to craft it right? Which means a natural 20.

For a magic item that sells for 2500, this seems odd.

I’m just buying the armor pre-enchanted because the day of your crafting availability is worth more than the 500g price difference. If you could do the first 2 days of the 3 needed for my sword with the armor day and the free day, I could wait until a day out at sea before it’s done (also, iirc the items with low CL you can craft in half the time of you up the DC by 5?).

Yeah, I think I have all that in place. Instead of 1000 a day, she can do 2000 a day by taking 10. So Marisan's 6000gp amulet upgrade takes 3 days. Just can't do two items in a day so the armor takes 1 day even at the double-time.

Or at least that is my understanding.

Maybe I’m confused? My headband costs 2k to craft, so at double time it should be 1 day, right? And then the swords cost 3k each to upgrade, so 2 days each at double time?

It's the purchasing cost, not the crafting cost, I think...

Also, Polli, I bought my armor with the +1 on it already, so don't count that as one of your days (you have better things to spend a crafting day on).

Regarding crews.

Harmony provides 12 people via leadership. I'd say we then put in thirty or so of our trusted Sirens on the Sea Witch and then crew the Siren mostly with our new recruits where we can keep an eye on them.

Basically at this point I suggest we stop tracking most of the crew names! ;) Unless our GM is feeling very inspired!

I think Tessa just bought the sash already enchanted? Also, I didn't do the math but if you do both swords before the Wis item would they both be done? That would just be a lot easier for me bookkeeping wise (so I don't need to have 2 different damage formulae when I dual wield).
