Ogochukwu |
does Ogochukwu need to make any kind of save against disease because of the claw?
Ogochukwu slashes his bardiche at the hecuvas as they approach. attacks of opportunity

Ogochukwu |
Ogochukwu drops his bardiche and draws his flail, then enchants it. using legacy weapon to make the flail magic for 1 minute
Shukara |
Shukara doesn't know what these creatures are or what they want, but she's ready as the attack begins. She closes her eyes and breathes a brief prayer for Ogochukwu's arm, as it seems he's done something to his flail that makes it glow to her eyes. "May your flail find its target," she mutters, even as she withdraws slightly further away.
Guidance on Ogochukwu. +1 on one attack roll, saving throw, or skill check. I have a feeling the saving throw part might come in handy soon.

Making sure that he stays within range of each of his allies, Cymric continues to perform a comedy act, cheering them on and making it easier for them to hurt the huecuvas.

Shukara steps forward to give Seeker some divine inspiration.
Casting Guidance on Seeker. Thanks Ogochukwu, I'd forgotten the saving throw bonus wouldn't stack.
Ogochukwu |
sorry I wasn't clear. It works fine for saves, but does not stack for attack rolls. the problem was that Ogochukwu's save was from the round before you cast guidance
Ogochukwu |
Ogochukwu turns his attention to the last one standing, swinging at it hard.

[oc]Yeah D2a[/ooc]
Space and elevation lend a sense of past grandeur and majesty to this large space. A large, star-shaped fountain with a circular pool in the centre sits in the middle of the chamber. The bottom of the pool is decorated with a great mosaic eye made from tiny coloured tiles, and heiroglyphs are carved into the paving stones ringing the fountain. Two rows of columns support the ceiling overhead, which continues to rise to a domed ceiling in the northern portion of the chamber. At the far end of the hall, a massive statue with arms raised overlooks the entire length of the temple from atop a raised dais. East and west of the fountain, two sets of stone double doors exit the chamber.
Cymric you do not notice anything else in here.

Ogochukwu has a look around.

knowledge, religion: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Shukara |
Shukara can't help but be a little disappointed by the lack of treasure so far. Not that she'd expected every ruin to be as full of goodies as the mansion had been, but still...all they've found here has been things that want to kill them.
"Who do you think the statue represents? Nethys?" The magic pool interests her, but she has no way of determining what its effects might be. Magic you don't understand should be left alone, so she makes sure to stay several feet away from the water at all times.
Seeker Oread |
Sorry been busy with work.
Fort save from earlier: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 1 = 25
Seeker hoped if the huecuva's did indeed have a diseased touch that Shukara's divine protection would shield him from its effects.
perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
Rolling knowledge specifically to see if this room is used in some kind of ritual.
Know Religion: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
Seeker can't help but be a little awestruck at the majesty of the room. From the grand pillars and arched roof to the small tiles, all would have taken a great effort and expertise to orchestrate. He searches his mind, trying to recall the purpose of such a room.
Ogochukwu |
assuming that the first attack from the huecuva was supposed to trigger a fort save, Ogochukwu did fail that one
"Maybe so" Ogochukwu answers Shukara's question. does it seem to be a statue of Nethys, GM?
Ogochukwu contemplates the pool for a moment. He bends down closer for a look, getting his face right up next to it. If he feels safe, he takes a drink
Shukara |
Shukara winces when Ogocukwu takes a drink, then perks up when nothing immediately terrible seems to happen. 'It's safe then? For that pool to still be magical after all this time...it must have been quite the effect. Are you feeling okay? Are you in any pain?"
