Shukara starts to raise Cymric's mace again, then lowers it as the last skull is shattered. "Well, I'm glad you people at least are capable of hitting things!"
Once the room is cleared of valuables, she glances southward into the corridor. "That links up to where we've been before, so I think we've cleared this side. Let's head back through the kitchen and see what's to the east."

The double doors open to the outside. A spacious yard fills the compound east of the house. To the east, several small outbuildings have been built right into the compound's outer wall. A well stands between two of these outbuildings, opposite a stone table and benches that sit in the shadow of the house. You do not see anything else in the yard.

”Pretty big yard.” It’s an inane comment, and Shukara knows it, but the silence of the necropolis is starting to get to her. ”Shall we check out the buildings in order from north to south? That will put us pretty close to the stairs once we’re done, so we can head to the second floor.”

It makes sense that such a large estate would have dedicated grain storage the family and no doubt large pool of staff, but it doesn’t hold what they’re looking for. Seeker moves on to the next structure to the east.

Shukara follows behind Seeker, peeking inside the granary then heading to the servant's quarters. Seeing the skeletons, she once more fires an arrow at them to make sure they won't rise. "Best to make sure before we search more thoroughly."

Seeker almost smiles when the skeletons animate. The oracles extreme caution is well founded. He draws and throws one the shuriken from his bracers, not expecting it to do much damage.

Seeker gazes down at the bloody claw marks one of the skeletons left on his forearm and slowly shakes his head. The undead that hold this place seem bent on destruction. He moves on to the final building in the yard, again steering clear of the well.

This small, one room structure is devoid of features save the ruined remains of furniture that have all but disintegrated with the passage of time. Seeker as you look in suddenly a shape bounds out and a large dog like creature attacks.

Ogochukwu takes the heavy flail, admiring it. He gives it a few practice swings and then stows it, returning to his bardiche. adamantine weapons are also masterwork!
just looked at the map. Placing Ogochukwu by Seeker to fit the actions I posted above. If he had been standing beside Seeker at the door he would have had an AoO, but I envision him standing over Seeker's shoulder, so no AoO
Ogochukwu drops his bardiche, draws the new flail and steps up to strike the creature with it.

There is nothing of interest on the bodies in the granary.
Moving upstairs. This balcony wraps around a twenty foot square opening in the floor, overlooking the inner courtyard below and connecting the rooms of the second floor. Above, a square skylight in the ceiling provides natural light to the ground floor and ventilation for the entire building. Six different sets of doors lead off of this balcony.

This spacious room has entrances in the southern and eastern walls. The aged remains of dressers,a large bed and a divan lie in ruins. The husk of a large hornet's nest, gray, papery and devoid of life, occupies one corner of the ceiling. The spaces in the northeast and northwest corners appear to be closets. Their wooden doors have all but fallen off their hinges, and heaps of disintegrated fabric mingle on the floor. Between the closets stands a single lacquered dresser covered in dust.

Ogochukwu pokes at the fabric dust with his bardiche, having stowed the flail. "Any traps on the dresser, Cymric?"

Shukara, already halfway to the dresser to start opening drawers, pauses and steps back. "Traps. Right. Good idea to look for those first."
