"Wow. The images are still they but the look sterner and now they are pointing at me. Does anyone know what that means? He breaks his gaze away from the mirror and steps back.

An uneasy feeling comes over Azwynn and she says, Cymric, as a precaution, I suggest ye get out o’ t’ line o’ sig’t o’ t’at mirror. Jes’ in case t’ pointy finger an’ mad face means an attack. In fact, all o’ us mig’t want ta do t’ same. ‘Member, it looks like a trap o’ some sort on t’ere.
She herself suits actions to words and moves out of the mirror’s line of sight (if space allows)

Azwynn shrugs and tells Seeker, Anyt’ing is possible. Still, I ain’t one fer takin’ stupid c’ances. If one o’ us wants ta see w’at t’at mirror does, well an’ good. T’ rest o’ us kin come ta t’ rescue if t’ mirror do be a weapon. But ain’t no call fer all o’ us ta risk ‘rselves.
But Seeker’s words make her think. Could some sort o’ magical item prove me grandpappy’s claim about me fam’ly bein’ d’scnded from pharaohs?
Ogochukwu
where and what holy symbol is it branded with?
"The mirror is cursed in a way. This magic is normally used to mark enemies or victims of some god or religion. I have never seen it done myself, but I did not know this curse could be placed on objects."
He looks in the mirror for himself.

Azwynn asks, Is any’n ‘ere a follower o’ Pharasma ‘r Anubis? ‘R do any’n ken ‘oo t’is Ak’entepi were a follower o’? Mebbe t’ey wouldnae get Ak’entepi’s frowny face. Also, Cymric an’ Ogo, seems possible t’at w’atever’s t’is mirror is doin’ is markin’ ye as a target fer some danger we may be facin’ later. I ain’t tryin’ ta be a downer, jes’ pointin’ out a possibility.
Ogochukwu
I don't understand this mirror at all. I guess we don't have anyone more arcane-minded than Cymric?
Ogochukwu frowns back in equal disapproval. "What have I done to you, eh?" he grouches at the mirror.
Assuming it does nothing that Cymric had not yet experienced, he moves on.
Daniel Penfold 357
To be fair the mirror thing is odd, even in the AP it doesn't make a lot of sense
I'm assuming you head right first to A10
Pillars line the walls of this rectangular chamber, interspersed with stone jackal heads extending from the walls. A stone altar, covered in a layer of dust, sits at the eastern end of the room.

Azwynn says, I t’ink we found our beetle.
She pulls out her mirror and attempts to use it to look under the altar without putting her face down at beetle level.
Is this thing large as in PF creature size large, or is it just large for a beetle? If it’s creature size large, I’m kinda surprised we’re hearing only skittering. I’d think we might be able to see parts of it.
Kidhir
Kidhir edges into the room and takes up a position that allows for a range of possible actions. He suggests quietly, "Two prongs - both sides of the altar? One side goes quiet to surprise it."
Ogochukwu
I'm going to take a wild guess that this is an altar to Anubis. Or maybe Pharasma. Then again, if it were why would we need to make yet another religion check to recognize symbols we've already identified?
knowledge, religion: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Seeing the party prepare to fight, Ogochukwu murmurs a spell over his weapon. casting Lead Blades on the bardiche. Then he takes up a position near the altar.

My apologies, I'd forgotten you'd already seen the emblem- yes it is dedicated to Anubis
@Azwynn- just large for a beetle- it is actually small in size.
As Azwynn looks under the altar two spiders jump up fromt he floor and onto the altar.

Moving faster than one would expect her short, stout body to be able to, Azwynn throws down her mirror, moves near the altar, and pulls out her Lucerne Hammer. [Quick Draw feat]
She gives the hammer a powerful swing and slams it toward the first beetle. [Using Power Attack here]

Azwynn says, Fer w'atever it ain't wort', t' spiders were solifugids, t'ough I donnae ken aug't else 'bout 'em.

Cymric stands at the entrance to the room(A10) and watches as the others search and cast spells.
When the others are finished searching the room(A10), Cymric moves over to the western door(in A9), checks for traps and disables any trap he might find. "It is safe to open this door" and he lets Azwynn lead the way.

As Azwynn heads back into the room with Cymric (A9), she glances toward the strange mirror, but keeps her gaze on the floor.
If t' frowny face do be 'bout r'ligion, I'll get t' frowny face fer sure, as Ak'entepi ain't likely ta 'ave wershipped Torag. But if it do be 'bout bloodline, it mig't be a way o' provin' me grandpappy's story. I come all t'is way ta Osirion ta prove me family 'as t' blood o' Pharaohs, so I kinnae wuss out 'cuz lookin' mig't put a target on me. If I'm ta be a target, I'll be a target.
Her decision made, she lifts her face to the mirror.

Rubbing her forehead, Azwynn says with a dry chuckle, Apparently, Ak'entepi ain't too fond o' us takin' t'ings out o' 'is tomb. She then looks at her fingers to see if there is any evidence the word applied to her forehead.
She then takes her Lucerne hammer off of her hip and walks past Cymric into the new room (A10), scanning for danger.

Next room is A11. I tried to move the screen but couldn't move it to show 11 without unveiling more of the tomb.
A flight of steps gradually descends to the west down this passage. Halfway down the stairs small holes and burrowed tunnels riddle what remains of the passage's southern wall. Earth and sand have spilled over the collapsed masonry, covering the area with dirt and rubble. I actually posted a link earlier to the shared prep site for mummy's mask. It has nicer copies of the maps. Did you see it, GM? I put it in a spoiler a while back

Azwynn studies the room as well as the small holes and tunnels, searching for signs of anything that might harm the party, as well as anything else of interest. If necessary, she relies on her darkvision.
