The ring is worth 500gp.

From now on unless otherwise specified:

You can get 95% of book value for magic items and MW items.

You can get 90% of book value for jewelry, art, or other high end goods.

You can get 80% of book value for regular gear.

You can purchase items at 100%, though most magic items will have to be ordered and will take time to arrive.

So thinking about this some more maybe we keep the ring for now. Given how close to TPK by river we were last time it could come in handy until we get our exploring done or get better at traversing water.

I book price the axe at 5,320 (3,000 for adamantine; 2,000 for +1; 300 for MW; and 20 for the axe)

The +1 falchion would be 6,450 (2,000 for cold iron with magic; 2,000 for +2; 300 for MW; 150 for the falchion)

So Ibram is probably correct as we could buy 2 keen falchions for 4,750 (each blade-2,000 for keen; 300 for MW; 75 for the falchion)

Just want to make sure I don't waste the feats; there are certainly other things I would pick otherwise. I'm hoping we don't spend the adventure chasing some nefarious organization around the countryside attempting to thwart their plans. :-)

If have the time I'd craft the MW strength pull longbows now.

I'm assuming we will do that around 'level up' time.

I like the idea of waiting for Tirnel to craft items for us. Right now, I say we basically switch the axe for the falchion.

The axe was 5,320 - 5% is 5,054
The iron falchion should be 4,450. That's a net of 604 for us.

So, I'll take the iron falchion and give Milo the MW one. If that's alright with all.

You will probably have time to craft 1 magic item per level up without suffering potential negatives due to the down time so not sure you want to invest a lot of feats in crafting
