Simo will head back and report quietly.
Before we proceed, Tatsumi brings the amulet with the runes to everybody's attention.
"What sort of beast has six legs and wears hats?" Cole asks in amazement.
Nigel studies the information Tatsumi recovered.
"Humm...this is most interesting and likely a bit disturbing
Nigel knows it is not a beast or animal from the natural world.
Tatsumi detects an aura of abjuration magic coming from the amulets.
Nigel shakes his head and says.
"Whatever that thing is it's been mutated by the Manna Wastes. But be careful of it. You don't hood an animal unless you want it to attack when you take the hood off. Like a falcon. Either that or the hood is to protect everyone from the creatures abilities. Now what we are planning will require stealth and alacrity because eventually someone will come looking for the Ogres."
"Okay then. I will silence up again, but this time on Cole. Cole, Simo, Nigel; you three form a firing line and slowly advance. Try to wait until all three of you have a shot on this dragon thingie. Tatsumi and I will hold the line and deal with the ogres. Everyone ready?"
The amulets are clearly not ogre workmanship.
Cole raises his pistol and calls on Iomedae to activate his divine bond and and +3 to its enhancement bonus.
"Right and righteousness are on our side!" he tells his companions.
Simo will move forward with th rest maintaining his stealth.
Nigel moves over next to Simo and Tatsumi and readies Prudence for action.
"Me and the old gal are going to start things off with a tar bomb thanks to her new launcher. That should shake them up a bit. Are we Ready?"

Simo whispers "Yep"
Isavara rests the tip of her greatsword in the dirt and leans the pommel against her shoulder. She chants the quiet words and traces a small icon on Cole's breastplate, stealing the sound out of the immediate area. She grabs her sword and moves over into position. She glances back and waits for everyone to get into position.
"Let's go." Cole tries to say .... of course it's silent because of Isavara's spell.
He shrugs gestures forward and marches towards the villains.
