I have never ate a puppy! She did! And she did it for survival, you just punch kittens to be mean! Now I want a kitten for Maria. I wonder if you can train a bobcat if handle animal is untrained.
Lets just make sure we always carry a fair amount of rations with us at all times :D

Well my choice would be Furnok, but I'd say we all realize my prefence is for a front liner. But both are interesting characters.

Andrea1 is a consistent player, and good addition to any game - not one for much words from the games we have played, but has high participation. Me and him with Combat Reflexes should be fun to see.
From Valcair (I don't know if that is the objective) I can imagine he plans on following the summoning route - couple that with cleric levels for Mysthic Theurge, and then we have several happy frontliners running across the board - can't be sure though :D
Two solid characters indeed.

two summoner types can be extremely disruptive, I'm running a We be Goblins and discovered that the the summoner is tanking the field and not really giving the others a chance to shine, to be fair though, when he built his eidolon that was our only melee or did you mean just summon monsters? Either way I couldn't tell cause I never saw anything saying what her Valcair's class was, just that it was spellcasting Then again, It sounds like Furnock's player doesn't really roleplay, I think that might be a problem in itself for this group.

Korak The Boisterous |

You're game your choice, it sounded to me like Andrea's the silent type which I'm not so sure would work so well here, but you play with them I don't. Besides, we could probably use a straight man.

By the way Treasurefox, I really WAS performing. Did I make anything or are we sticking to the performance check by week rules?

Oh! I thought that was to explain your current amount of monies. You'd probably be able to make ~5 silver

Sorry about the delay in responding, the addition sounds great.
As a group we can always evolve to whatever is needed. Meaning participation gets my vote over being a role filler.

Very good point. I've already sent out an invite for Andrea1, and we'll keep tabs. You are right: Participation is a high priority

Are you kidding, after you? Bah, I'll take the GM's roll, I'm never getting near the top anyways.

Hey GM, just wondering how you feel about Alchemical Power Components, in spells? So I have Acid Splash and if I bought some Acid to use as a focus, when casting the spell, I would get +1 on Damage. Would you be cool with me doing that for my spells, expanding as we go?
Also, about the Harrowing, I did not think about it before, but that might be an interesting route for Ali later on. Hmm.
Oh and, one last question, any word from out 6th member?
EDIT: Harrowing is a steep buy in... Hahaha Nope. Gonna have to find something else.

The Prestige class I mean. I'll need to start taking Divination spells and I am already kinda short of spells. It does keep my spellcasting strong though. Hmm... I'll have to start planning for it now, if I were to go in to it. And then my eidolon takes a hit but that wouldn't be for like 4 levels anyway.

DM TreasureFox |

No worries about the Alchemical Power Components, as I plan to provide some of those things as loot in the future. Only thing is that I'm no expert on those, so if it turns out to be ridiculously powerful I'll ask to modify it.
As for our 6th member, Andrea did give me a response that she'll be along, but I haven't seen anything since then. I'll give her a few more days before I look into someone else. I don't think there should be much rush. You guys are already doing fine, and Furnok could easily enter slightly later in the story.
On that note, how's everyone feeling about the game so far? I admit that the race was a bit more involved than I had initially thought.

Korak The Boisterous |

Same here. In the group I'm running the party wasn't anywhere near as well received but they only tried to one up each other for prizes.
I didn't know about the Alchemical Power Components till I was told there either.
That would be me. I learned about them when I saw the alchemy manual and in one of my other games a player is being badgered about them

That's one of the reasons why the only rewards I'm giving out during the games are roleplay related. Basically I'm trying to promote connections with some of the NPCs that aren't typically "important" to the main plot, but really help make Sandpoint a town worth fighting for. They also have stories of their own that add the possibility for side quests, romance, information (thassilonian, local, etc), or even an additional party member when in times of need.
Sorry about all those posts, Mar'a. I'm sure Helgarr is having a hard time keeping up too

Reeeeeally busy day today... I should be able to post in (my) morning.

Cleo Gingerberry |

Same here, really busy day. Seems like they all are though. On now though.

Helgarr |

Apologies for the slow posting - busy week's end, company dinner, etc, etc ;)
