Lightning Reflexes is a feat, not a trait. Deft Dodger is the one that does Reflex saves. Thanks for reminding me about Reactionary though.

Yeah... Weekends suck for PbP I am starting to learn. Good news though, I just got accepted in to a long running Kingmaker game. That makes something like 8 active games I am in. Woo. Pity none of em are posting on Sunday. Haha

it is what it is, what sucks worse is they were my gaming group too, so friends lost and games, of course that second might not be so bad, we were, kind of terrible and we put up with too much of each other's crap. One played a nobleman in battletech, stripped naked, and rolled around in the salad bar during a feast, nuclear dick tried to set up hundreds of thermal detonators in our ship but got told no, then blew us out oft he sky, oh, he also killed most of the party including a recently rescued luke skywalker with a concussive missile.

And yeah I have lost my gaming group too. Why I play so much PbP I guess.

Basically everybody except my buddy dave, myself included. My jedi herbalist pirate captain in revenge for dimming lights set our ships non lethal internal defenses on the rest of the crew (players)

It can be fun, I got better, but you do tend to do a lot more backstabbing when you know you're with a group that will do the same to you. It also got annoying, my padawan character was specifically part of a plot by his dark jedi master plotting to kill him. Then when I played a wookie the near instant and constant threats of killing it made me quit right there. He wasn't one, but, picture stoner wookie.

Stoner Wookie sounds pretty hilarious. I have always wanted to play a Star Wars based game. Or a Firefly based game.

Yeah kind of hippie he was, but of course, he also had that bad wookie temper.

A flower and peace hippie who could and would tear your arms off. But he'd be mega bummed about it after. Hahaha I like it.

So did I, another good one, that nobody talked to me about until a couple of years later. Vampire the masquerade overweight brujah hacker who walked around in gaudy bling and Hawaiian shirts. Nobody mentioned it to me, but they all assumed I thought he looked cool. I laughed my ass off. I was trying to break the leather badass trope.

I love the wookie idea. Wookies were always my favorite race in Star Wars. Never played Vampire the Masquerade, though I've heard it was fun.

I've always ever played D&D (3.5 and 4e) and Pathfinder, and usually with the same group, especially within the last few years, but I moved away from there earlier in the year and haven't found a local group to play with. That's why I've been trying to join a PbP game, of which this is my first. So I'm really looking forward to playing again.

Sorry to hear about your groups gentlemen. Worst thing to happen to us geeks. Finding a good group is NOT easy.

To be fair, my group wasn't good. but they were my friends.

My group was pretty good. We were playing so many good games too... Sad. Still, I get a game next weekend. We have been running Savage Tide for years, we only play it every once in awhile for marathon sessions, so I we are having a game next weekend. Looking forward to it. First face to face session I have had since like February.

Nope. It is originally a 3.5 Campaign, released through the Dungeon Magazine series. It is a REALLY good campaign, very enjoyable. You should look it up and totally jump in to a game if you ever see it advertised or are offered a spot.
