Hi Guys! Allow me to set the scene a little
As you look around for the location of the eerily echoing voice you spy a circle of standing stones, clearly a place of significance for the followers of Nature as eluded to in the late Hemzel's journal. As your eyes seek to focus on the standing stones however you find them covered in a bubble of darkness, clearly out of place.
Despite your natural vision you find it difficult to see inside the ring of stones as if something is keeping the rising sun at bay...
As you stare the Sun is climbing behind you, destruction awaits...

We need to hurry, the stone is trying to protect itself from the sun, there isn't much time!

Sara takes a deep breath and rushes into the darkness surrounding the stone circle. To all outside, the Half=Orc vanishes from view as you can still hear the mocking laughter floating across the wind as the sun inches higher in the sky.
"Well, Well! We have a challenger in our midst!" calls out the disembodied voice. You look around and can't see a thing.

That is, until you hear a horrible screech as a tiny Rapier scrapes across your armour, revealing a tiny winged figure looking at you. It looks like Gire

"Huh, come on now. Our young and reckless friend has charged ahead."
She's probably in all sorts of trouble now...
Sleeping Sword advances into the bubble of darkness and draws his temple sword. Noting the stone's location, he scans for enemies.

"We need that stone, friends. But Cyflymder is doubtless nearby!"
Actions: two move actions taken.

Ethan pauses, slows his breathing and focuses his mind. He then sprints forward into the bubble of darkness, hammer at the ready. Seeing the stone he heads straight for it, looking for a way to cover it from the sun.
We need to find a way to cover it before the sun burns through!
Ethan activates sudden speed increasing his speed to 50' for 1 minute as a swift action. How large is the stone? Does it look like it can be picked up? If it only took a single move action to reach the stone Ethan will cast lead blades. He is using a reach weapon so if anything provokes he will take an OA
OA1, lead blades: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Damage: 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (4, 6, 6) + 7 = 23
OA2, lead blades: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Damage: 3d6 + 7 ⇒ (1, 3, 6) + 7 = 17

The Stone looks fairly large but a medium sized character should be able to hold it in two hands
Rushing in to save their comrade from what they imagine to be certain doom, Sleeping Sword and Ethan vanish behind the dome of darkness to see Sara tackling a small winged creature that looks similar to the irritating Gire met at Hemzel's hut.
The Creature is tiny and in Sara's square, i put a red border to make it easier to see
Despite his concentration, Sleeping Sword is unable to see anything else as Ethan steps to the Stone, close enough to reach out and touch it. As they think about their next action the wind whips past and the grass splits as a silver blur stabs at Ethan, moving so fast the Ulfen has no time to react. The Creature stands atop the Menhir and glares.
"Stay Away!"
Attack Ethan: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25 for damage: 1d4 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3
As the Sword darts through Ethan's defences, the Ulfen winces as they feel the burn on of poison.

Ow! Stop that, whatever you are!

Now it has stopped it is visible, but it moves so fast it is hard to pin-point exactly where (Concealment). No it did not provoke. Nice Job! No-one wants to sleep for several hours...

Kraicek moves forward into the circle. I'm not sure I understand the situation. Is it light enough to see with normal vision, once you're inside the bubble, or is it dark? And the thing on the stone in the middle is the creature that just attacked Ethan?
Kraicek will fire at the creature that just attacked Ethan:
attack (composite longbow), bless: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 1 = 12 Deadeye Bowman trait lets me ignore cover from one ally
damage (cold iron arrow): 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Kristoff once more turns to the sky lifts up his club and chants to his God for aid, but this time a ferocious battle chant, causing his club to grow abnormally large.
Casts Shillelagh Kristoff then moves into the orb.

It is a dome of darkness at the edge of the stones. You can't see in when outside, and you can't see outside when your inside it. Normal vision is fine inside, it just gives you a feel for the time pressure as the stone is keeping the Sun at bay...
Kristoff, Bahen and Kraciek charge into the dome of darkness to see the struggle beyond. Sara tackling with a tiny creature striking at her whilst Ethan bleeds from a shallow cut caused by the fast-moving silver blur. Bahen calls upon Hell to bolster their allies' sword arms whilst Kristoff causes their club to turn lethal. Kraciek takes a breath and aims at the creature fighting Sara, though their shot goes wide against such a small target.
The Stone's runes start to flicker as their power waxes and wanes, it would seem it does not have long.

Bahen steps forth and casts in a harsh tongue, causing the quickling Cyflymder to start to quake uncontrollably as Sleeping Sword rushes in and throws their cloak over the Lorestone, protecting it from the sun's rays. Seeing the battle cleatly lost, Cyflymder cries out in annoyance before running away from Bahen with a curse, moving as a super quick silver blur!
Moves at least 240 feet so way out of the way!
As the rest of you place the Lorestone inside the case gained from Hemzel's home, you are sure it is now protected from the destruction of the Dawn's rays and you are able to leave the forest without too much bother. The Gnome's you met earlier, friends of the deceased druid, have managed to finish fighting the fire at his home, though much of the area has been charred.
You take the Lorestone away with you, and return it to Absalom’s Grand Lodge where it is added to the collection—although unlocking its mysteries will consume many years (at best). Defeating Cyflymder’s gang removes a minor menace from the Verduran Forest, allowing local, peaceful druidic activity to resume. But, as explorers push ever deeper into the dark groves, Venture Captain Hamshanks warns that friction is bound to flare up again.
