You see a closed door towards the south western portion of the room.

Him your light illuminates the whole room allowing you to see a well that is set into the northwest corner of this long room. Much of its low retaining wall has collapsed, scattering bits of stony rubble and broken bricks around it.

There are six dusty oak barrels, all swollen with age, line the south wall. You also see what is probably the cause of the rotten smell as two zombies hidden against the same side of the wall you are entering move to attack you.

In the northeast portion of the room there are another two zombies that turn and begin shuffle in your direction moaning with outstretched hands.

Him make a Perception check to see if you are surprised. DC 20

The embroidery threads(and only those threads) are shining with a silvery light. She is suddenly struck with ideas for enchanted apparel, and she quickly pulls out her journal and takes notes before the inspiration fades.

Reaping Stone Campaign: Under Cassomir

I love Lililinda! Nicias I would agree with you and rule splash damage does not get the point blank modifiers. Alright let's resolve some actions.

Him your scimitar cuts through the decomposing flesh with ease just as you watch as one of Nicias' bombs fly past you and explodes in a vicious fire consuming the zombie in front and burning the others close by.

ROUND 2

Zombie #3 charge: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 = 13

Boros Round 2, Kirzon Round 3

As Kirzon tugs at him, Boros pulls back into the room, but is ready once more to attack should the last zombie get close.

Readied Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17; Damage: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Grab?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16

The celestial eagle, Artsiv, screeches with apparent pleasure, having vanquished one zombie. It turns its attention to the last remaining one, going for its face in a flurry of beak and claw.

Claw: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18; Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Claw: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20; Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Bite: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5; Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

The eagle only lasts two rounds, so I think it disappears at the beginning of Kirzon's next turn.

Kirzon seems content to give nature's blessing to Boros. Guidance on Boros.
