Innis |

Ferista-Innis "Again the swords." she remarks.
She reminisces "Azrenar has always liked his secrets. A little too much as we are both marked victims of it. "
bluff: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 10 + 2 = 24
bluff: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 10 + 2 = 16
"You realize the purpose behind all this don't you? When we are finished with the city and my brother has called The Reaping he will ascend and join with the Scythe Mother. There will be a new opening for mortal high priest or priestess. He intended for me to take his place alas I lack the aptitude. Allow me to pass with my protectors and I will give you the key to earning such favour. It stands before us now. The dread axe Hazrakul, a legacy returned to the hands of the Scythe Mother. It is no mere weapon for it opens a pathway to many abilities some may consider...unnatural. With it you would be Azrenar's equal, perhaps greater and a fitting successor."
success or fail here one must at least respect the layers at work planning to have this axe ahead of time

Innis |

Innis cringes internally as Kirzon's acting is barely passable, but his words do add credibility to her scheme. She hopes the offer is tempting enough.
razors-edge there Kirzon
Team bluff score:26

Amigail Trentwell |

If Kirzon can do it, so can I!
Unfortunately, Ami finds she has nothing to add in the way of a bluff. Thinking quickly, she tries the power of repetitive reinforcement: "Unnatural abilities! All yours...."
Bluff Check (Aid Another--Innis): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11 (Whew! Just barely!)

Merelda "The Widow" Widdomeria |

Turning back for only a moment, Merelda glances at Innis and the 'gang'.
What is this? My friends sound like they are in a badly written bard's erotic tale! Come on guys and gals! Act scary or something!

Innis |

Innis considers momentarily that they could all use some coaching when it comes to conversation. Either way the bait was set if these supposedly evil creatures could not be at least tempted by power she wouldn't know what to believe in anymore.

Lililinda |

"Do not question our mistress!" Lililinda reproaches Kirzon in a stage whisper.
Aid Another Bluff to support our scenario: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

Innis |

"Mind your tongue simpleton. Your betters are speaking." Ferista-Innis cuffs the side of Kirzon's head for added effect.

Merelda "The Widow" Widdomeria |

Merelda keeps thinking to herself...nobody can see me...and hoping it remains true!

Innis |

Innis smiles internally as the ogre is given pause by her tempting offer. She is however unsure if the drool spilling down its lips is also her doing. Either way she waits for the seed to take root the the slow mind of the creature before her.

Cassandra Leigh |

This whole thing had left Cassandra in a daze. The lies and bluffing were almost enough to make her headspin. Still, she stood to the right of and slightly behind Innis with her glaive in aposition to drop into place to ward of a blow or strike a foe in a hurry if she needed to. She was leavingthe lies to those better suited to them and mentally swearing never to work with Innis again after this.
