Does Selyne remember the Island rumbling or shaking in the past?

Looking towards the trio she asks,

"Has anything like this happened before? Were you aware of this Volcano?"


"Happened before? It is entirely possible. An erupting volcano is one way islands form. Another way invovles an earthquake breaking a continent. Or magic."

"No, I was not aware of the volcano."

Behind him, the Council finally gets the message out that people should be evacuating.


Bo walks around for a bit and *bumps* his head on a branch.

"How ironically embarrassing..." He mumbles.


Male halfling Swashbuckler 4/Warlock 7 Init: +3 | AC: 20 / FF: 17 / Touch 14 [+4 vs giants] | Fort: +8 / Ref: +10 / Will: +9 [+2 vs fear] | Speed: 30' | DR 2/cold iron | Attacks: +2 rapier +15/+10 to hit (1d4+3 damage); Eldritch Blast +14 to hit ranged touch (4d6+2 damage, range 250', x2)

"Well, the only way I know of to stop a volcano is to throw a virgin into it as a sacrifice to whatever gods watch over this island!" He looks over to both Selyne, and Dao, and smirks, "Maidens, yes. Virgins, ehh maybe."

He looks over to the council, and comments, "I guess we need ta evacuate."

General:
Sorry for 'meta-gaming' but what is the aim of the adventure again? I seem to remember the DM explaining something about trans-planar travel and a thing about 'moving' the island to some other place where the creatures would be 'more at home'. I am then guessing that the volcano wouldn't shift with the island (perhaps actually making another island and a sort of history repeating/resetting coming into play. Just looking for a direction again. *bows*


General:
There was talk of trans-planar travel yes, regarding the island. Those who didn't want to go with it(and were innocent) would put in the location they wanted to be the most. The goal is to get of the island. There's a link to the prophecy in this profile if you want to read it again. Your character can remember it without a check(a few minor details(nothing important) may be wrong, but hey, a lot has happened since then!)

I can move the game along so that you're at the volcano if you wish.

After the evacuation has started, you leave(following Bo), and make your way toward the volcano. Despite the current dire events, Bo seems almost at ease. He seems content to keep away the silence with lessons about the various flora and fauna you see on the way.

Selyne:
These lessons seem familiar to you, so much so that they trigger another memory of a man quite like Bo giving similar lectures. Intelligence or Wisdom check please! Two actually. ;)

It is not long before you can see lava pouring down the sides of the volcano, though you are in no danger yet, but Bo just keeps walking up the slope..
