Agni, worried about Vixen, takes a defensive posture, while Sable heals some of Agni's wounds. The man stirs behind the creature, then picks up his blade and shouts "We are not done yet monster!" Emma, meanwhile, discovers that magic missiles have no effect on this creature. It's, believe it or not, Immune to Magic Missile.
The creature continues it's focus on Agni, but only as a means to get to the softer targets behind her.

Vixen subconsciously digs deep and keeps from returning home. Sable, meanwhile, continues to focus on keeping Agni alive. Agni, for her part, focuses on defense, which makes her miss the undead being. Emma throws a vial of acid, and it goes wide, landing in 1d8 ⇒ 3 the creature's square, where both the creature, Agni, and Vixen take a point of acid damage. For it's part, it continues to focus it's offense on Agni, in an attempt to get past her to the small creature that is healing.
