From what you see, the trap hit everything in the room. It's not currently (heh) active, but it is effectively recharging now.

Agni and I temporarily "disarmed" the trap but we better move through quick. Check for magic junk and get that wand out, doctor!

Darn it, Vixen; I'm an Psychic not a Doctor.

The pair move through quickly but Sable will take the time to scan the room for magic auras using detect magic while Vixen will peak through the walls to see where they should head next.

Sable: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
The Chelaxian: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Moving quickly though the lightning room, you find a door on the far side that opens into long hallway with three sets of double doors. As you pass through the doors into the hallway, you hear the machines in the lightning room begin to spin up again, which will most likely cause the lightning trap to activate again.

The room with the sparking machinery and the hallway beyond are well lit by glowing panels in the ceiling above.

I will have the map updated shortly.

Vixen peaks in the closest door.

Vixen:

The air in this room seems to buzz and hum with energy. Strips of glowing rectangles light the room from above, while strange flickering windows line the east and west walls. A large glass topped circular table sits in the middle of the room. To the north sits a large metal desk covered with blinking lights, while a humming pillar of purple-and-black metal stands nearby, its sides flashing with tendrils of violet energy. A single golden panel flashes with a soft but incessant light on the side of this pillar. A thick layer of dust coats everything, diffusing the lights shining from the various surfaces, and many of the machines seem to be damaged, cracked, or otherwise ruined.

You don't immediately notice anyone in here.

Looks empty. There is a flashing golden light screaming "plot" incessantly so we probably need to go in there.

Sable will pull her wand and say "Live Long and Prosper" to activate healing herself and then Vixen before attempting the door. Vixen will peak through the right wall as well since she can see a door to the right further up.

"Seems reasonable. See any traps I need to disable temporarily?" asks Agni with a grin.

"Just to be safe, I can go through with Vixen when you open the door."

As Vixen tries to open the door...Nothing happens. If you had to guess, it's probably locked, although the mechanism for how to open it is beyond your knowledge.

Agni:

The door doesn't burst open, but you can feel it flex when you hit it. You think that perhaps sliding it on it's rails might be a better call, since it's designed to slide into the walls It's a double door.

lol, EMMA STRONGEST ONE THERE IS

Wow, Paizo ate my post. I'll get something up this evening.

Emma goes to assist Agni and finds it easier to just force the door herself.

"Ah, I see the blinking plot now!." states Agni with a grin. "Get ready to tell me I'm pretty."

Winking at Sable, she heads towards the desk and looks it over.

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

None of the lights on the desk do anything but flash (you try touching them and they do not move or react). It looks like most of them are flashing at the same time, but a few of them are flashing either faster or slower. There are some pieces of glass built into the desk next to the flashing lights, but the glass is smooth and lacks any sort of marking.

Vixen steps over the the glowing yellow panel and monkeys with it. It's incessant!

As Vixen presses the flashing yellow panel, the room to suddenly starts to whir and hum. A series of clicking and buzzing sounds echo through the walls and a moment later, the circular table in this room flares to light, providing an illusion of a desert landscape that looks somewhat familiar.

That's the same way my F2F group goes. I second the vote.

The door opens without issue.

A large metal table is surrounded by odd-looking chairs in this room. To the west, what appears to be a transparent wall looks out over a strange desert valley. Four pillars support the fifteen foot-high ceiling, while dozens of crude images of a pickaxe made of a skull and bones have been painted onto the walls with some sort of ivory pigment along with several phrases in an unrecognizable language.

There are also a pair of creature in here. One of them is a four-armed creature wielding weapons, and the other is unconscious, but before you can investigate further, the four-armed creature attacks, as if it was waiting for you!
