Investigating the room you currently find yourselves in, you do find a few pieces of what you recognize as technology (even if you're not sure what they do):

You find a small metal box under the easternmost table that holds what appears to be pistols of some kind.

There is also quite a bit of writing in that language you're seeing thoughout this area.

Like an alchemist's laboratory but cleaner. Let's open it up, huh? She looks to someone solid to do just that.


Oloch shrugs and tries to open the doors.

Metal desks sit to the north and south of this long room, yet the most distinctive features are a pair of odd, bedlike tables flanked by curving panels of blinking, pulsing lights. Moving armatures of metal extend out over the beds, each outfitted with glowing panes of glass and strangely glowing tools. The chamber reeks of blood, with great crimson stains splashed across the device, beds, and floor.

You know, kit, I thought this was light hearted sci-fi, but it is really shaping up to be horror. That said no time like the present to loot. If it isn't nailed down it's worth something to someone.


Looking around a bit, it appears that there isn't really anything portable in this room, although the odd beds do still seem functional, with an array of buttons on one side.

Walking over to the buttons, she rubs her chin. "Any idea what these do?"

Again no money. Cheapest props master I've ever heard of. They probably don't even work, Agni. On an advanced spaceship why would anyone need a bunch of blinking lights? Vixen then moves towards the south door.


As Agni pushes one of the buttons, mechanical arms rise up from the sides of the bed and begin moving around. It's unclear, but it looks like they are doing some sort of medical procedure.

What is clear, however, is that several of the arms end in pretty sharp looking knives.

Returning to the T-shaped hallway, Vixen phases through the south door and returns shortly, informing the group this this room has a bunch of beds in it, but she's not sure what they're for (besides the obvious).

Raising an eye at the though of another room with beds, she inquires softly "Did they have buttons too? Do they vibrate? I heard of beds that do once...sounds like fun."

I doubt they have buttons or vibrate given how cheap the production budget is. Might as well make with the door opening though.


As you open the doors using the keycard that you discovered in the room with the four-armed monstrousity, you see the following:

A row of beds sits along the southern wall of this well-lit room. Glowing screens and metal desks sit on the opposite walls, and splatters of blood adorn the floor and several of the beds. To the east, a large metal device that is the size of a large bed hums softly.
