Silver Crusade

For those of you who were interested in PFS1e 7-14 Let Bygones Be - I decided to offer it as Play by Discord instead of Play by Post, since it's the first part of a trilogy. I'll be running each part in sequence.

If you still want to play in a South East Asia/Australasia Sunday afternoon game, please PM me and I'll send the Warhorn link.

How is Play by Discord done? I rarely ever use Discord, pretty much only for voice during VTT games. Is it done in real time fast-typing chat? Or at PBP pace?

@Eadie: "George" is flying! I just sit back and drink coffee while the autopilot does all the work! (And honestly, that's not far from the truth.)

Hi, if you mean play by post on Discord then that is absolutely fine for me. I unfortunately cannot play a VTT game. Thanks!

I would also not be able to participate in a VTT game, but I have played a few PbP games through Discord and had fun. How did you intend to use Discord for your table(s)?

Sovereign Court

I was at a table like that during PlayDisCon. I'd be up for this if it was like that! It wasn't quite in between PbP and VTT in length, not sure which it was closer to, but it felt good to me.

Silver Crusade

In that case, I've changed my mind .... play by post it is. I'll send out a link to a signup sheet later today.

Silver Crusade

Here's the signup link for a pbp play of PFS1 7-14 for those interested.

Eranahu is looking for his next mission. 1st level ranger. Where all my low levelers at?

I have this 2.1 that I would be interested in playing. Looking for a game. (Though I still have to update her sheet on here.)

A fiery red-headed halfling in a broad-rimmed hat exclaims, "We can't be jus' sit'n 'round not do'n nut'n! Bad for the blood! Let's git this show on the road!"

When is the next big "Outpost/GameDay"-type thing?

I think I might finally be ready to try DMing again by then...!

Dark Archive

Gameday has been in August in the past. I am not sure about any others between now and then tho.

Wasn't there a RetroCon mixed in there somewhere?

Dark Archive

The online VO team is going over exact dates right now but these are the general timeframes.

1. Gameday is late August
2. Retrocon / PlayDis Con is December
3. Outpost begins in March

Does that mean Retrocon will only be done on Discord? I hope not, as I prefer the Paizo forums, but if that is the case I will get familiar with Discord.

No decisions have yet been announced as to exactly which of these conventions will be run and when. Tyranius provided the general framework we have used in the recent past.

PlayDis Con was indeed only on Discord but was run instead of RetroCon.

Silver Crusade

Whoo Hoo! I think I got this campaign creation thing figured out. Thanks to all of those who helped.

Anyway, those that signed up for 7-14: Let Bygone's Be, head over to this link, sort yourselves out, do the introductions and let's get this show on the road.

I had seven people express interest on this spreadsheet so they get priority.

Sovereign Court

Would there be anyone running Emerald Spire?

I do have a character carrying two negative levels which I'd like to complete the full story with.
Have done up to The Drowned Level.

I'm currently running the Emerald Spire and the group is currently in the Drowned Level. I've had a couple of other people express interest in joining for the next level and I can add you to that list if you wish though I can't promise whether or not there will be space until we get there.

I should mention that I'm in a group but some may have bowed out.

I am grateful for your offer and will look forward to seeing if there's space.

As the GM of that group, I wanted to clarify that there currently aren't enough players left to continue with the group, that's why he's looking for another table. Their run through The Drowned Level unfortunately ended in a TPK. Of the 5 PC, 2 decided not to be raised and one decided not to continue with Emerald Spire despite being raised, so I think there are at most 2 players looking to continue with a new group. Hopefully someone can help them find a group to continue their adventure.

Planning a quick run of Ironfang Invasion AP, focusing on sanctioned content. Those interested may signup here.

Due to campaign mode, consideration will be given to party balance and choices which fit the Nirmathas setting.

Sticking on the boards here? I had a lot of fun with your Hells Rebels game, but the jump to Mythweaver wasn't for me -_-

Roldala is absolutely right. This Hell’s Rebels was one of my top games GM PDK! :-) Thanks again for that!

But as far as I understood from another post that GM PDK made in another post, this AP GM PDK is planning is more centered on the PFS legal parts of the AP with a streamlined game.

Is that correct GM PDK?

Pathfinders! Kreighton Shane needs your help! It is well known in the Grand Lodge that disagreements among the Pathfinders erupted into violence 300 years ago, spurring the Society's leaders to don helms that hid their identities and protected them from assassins. These ten members of the Decemvirate have remained anonymous to this day, but there are rumors of a discovery that might uncover new information about this particularly dangerous part of the Society's early history.

Those interested in a low-tier (lvl 1-3) table of PF1 #10-16 - What the Helms Hide should add their names (and other relevant information) to this list. Players will be chosen by lottery by Friday June 12th or when there are twelve players on the sheet - whichever comes first - and notified in this thread.

Do you dare pull back the veil of time and see the past without those rose-colored glasses?

Any chance we'll have the option of using PFS-verboten material? I'm always eager for opportunities to use 3rd-party/custom stuff! :D

- NiTessine
- Mahuffma (Eranahu)
- TriOmegaZero (MacDermott Sammakko)
- John Woodford (Khabash)
- Sedoriku (Genryl Vinebrewer)
- Qstor (Zornesk)

If seats become available, I will PM players from the sign-up sheet to fill them.

Oh boy, new Seeker content to run! :D

Sovereign Court

Speaking of seeker content, anyone fancy running a scenario or Module for Alie, who just hit level 15?

She doesn’t like going on vacation too long after a successful mission!

I’d be happy to buy and gift a scenario to an erstwhile GM!

Grandmaster TOZ wrote:

I haven't been keeping up on PFS news lately and a quick look at the Paizo blog didn't help. What is the new Seeker content? Did they sanction an Adventure Path or something?

Nope! But not everyone has received access yet, so I'll say no more for now! :D

Interesting. So I didn't realize new PFS1 adventures were being released. Has PFS2 outpaced PFS1 yet?

Or are they still competing with each other for player base?

You tease!

Hello anyone know if any low tier core game need players?

Silver Crusade

I'm in an almost finished core game and the GM might run other scenarios. Maybe you can send a PM to the Gm to let them know that you'd be interested if there's room! :)

Grand Lodge

Hi all,

I'm recruiting for a high-tier (10-11) session of The Ghol-Gan Heresy; Level 9's are welcome to play if they feel comfortable playing up. I've already got three PCs committed to it (Kiboko, Kramac, & Zaarah) and we need three more...

This will be run at a little quicker pace (bare minimum 1 post a day, hopefully you can post up to 2) as we'll need to finish in the middle of July, by the 18th I think. The prep work is done and I've looked over the scenario and think it should be viable to finish by, and probably before, then. We'll be having a shotgun start once we get the other three PCs. I'll take the first three to post in our Discussion thread at the link below:

Two of the three available slots are now taken (Bo Goh Twang & Rudzik), still room for one more PC...

I should have someone that fits...

Yep, I think the Professor will be a great fit with the party. Recruitment for the Ghol-Gan Heresy is over.

Good day all,

I'm going to run 4-17: Tower of the Ironwood Watch, and am looking for 2 more players.
This is a standard game at tier 5-6.

Current composition: Barbarian, Psychic, Witch.
A healer was asked for, for one.

First come first serve, link to discussion.

Thanks for the interest, spots have been filled.

Open recruitment for 2-11, The Penumbral Accords. High tier (4-5) preferred.

Any low tier core games being organised?

Tealk wrote:

If so, I'm in.

I'd run myself, but I figure I should play in at least one PBP game before I GM. Something something having a clue what's going on.

Is there still the bug that CORE characters can't be created?

All fixed! :)

Liberty's Edge

I'm also interested in low-tier games.

I'm setting up to run a Core table of Godsmouth Heresy (Tier 1-2 repeatable) with an established group of players, and it looks like there's enough interest for me to run a second table. This will also be Core. Tealk, cmloblue, and GM Garmon, if you're interested I'll set up the game thread later today and post a link. Althea, you appear to be a Standard character; if you have a Core character of the appropriate level you're also welcome to join.

Silver Crusade

I'd be interested. Tusk is level 2. Though I'm not sure you are recruiting new players or just putting this out there for the players you already have lined up.

Tusk--there were three already interested, I have a PM from a fourth, and you're the fifth.

Tusk, Tealk, cmloblue--the link to the Discussion thread is HERE. I have room for one more.
