Not necessarily. That roll has to beat a DC = (11 + caster level) on items and in-effect spells. He rolled well, but it shouldn't be a clincher for everything on a teen-level character.
[EDIT]: and Krays does notice the figure. Fieri just 'painted' it ;D
[EDIT THE SECOND] And H'Tor's dispelled gear is out for 1d4 ⇒ 1 rounds. Too much to keep track of.... ;D
