I saw your class before I thought it was cool seemed to fit with the Divinity Version. I am currently making a class right now to since I been trying to do a dark knight type character but most games do not have them. By dark knight I mean guys in heavy armor, two handed weapons and debuffing spells.
Vai is effectively a sorcerer/dragon disciple, though right now her cha is too low to cast spells, so really, she's not very powerful atm.

I think you mean shadow knight from Everquest? Closest thing to what I am talking about that I know for sure well the two are deathknights from Wow and Shadow Knights from Champions of Norrath.

This thread is addictive. My first go-round was free, but now...er...well it's still free I guess.

Well, Khoda is a god, and so of course is very very difficult to destroy. Damage to Nasima could cause him to be dismissed back to the Plane of Storms, though, obviously. My thinking is he'll be here to do some Epic damage and then something'll happen to send him packing. Like I said, 'Sima's only just learning this stuff.

Yeah, I got bounced to a couple busy busy gigs, then the studio was overbooked, then I was on the road, etc. etc., but now things have settled enough where I feel I can give this game the attention it deserves. :-)

Oh yeah you missed my two page long back story. Well basic idea is I am a monster smoothie. He is a bred race that was made for <secret reason> that is a mix of a lot of things. He is really strong because of this and because of a disease he has thanks to dragonborn thinking of it. He has to seal his strength because of this so he wears a mask and cloak that seal his strength.

I ask because most games I've played in show demons to be the devils' chief enemies, being creatures of chaos and thus abhorring any proper government. If we're doing something different, I may have to adjust Sytt's reactions to, say, the recent incident of devils and demons cooperating.
By the way, unless contradicted, I'll be assuming Abaddon to be the same as it is in Golarian's cosmology.

Both greater fiends are smart enough to know that creating a rift to bring forth their forces is more important then a few rivals. They would have turned on one another only after one of them thought things were secure. Being chaotic does not mean you lack a brain. Also a devil is willing to shallow their distaste if it serves their own interest to a greater degree.
They both still dont like each other and are still lawful and chaotic. At least as far as I know.

I guess I should have kept that part about everyone calling him a demon when he was a devil after all. To be fair I never once called him a demon. :P

Okay, right at the moment I'm dealing with the stomach flu and trying not to vomit. Hopefully I will be feeling better in the morning, especially as I have to go to class whether I'm feeling better or not.
Suffice it to say, I'm feeling a bit cranky.
Therefore, I am just going to leave things be here for the moment. I'll come back to it later with a clearer head. At that point, Omni, you and I are going to have a little chat about what went right and what went wrong with this little mini-arc, and in-game we'll get this thing wrapped up.
Since I'm likely to be a bit tied up tomorrow thanks to friday being a day when I have a long lab, I'll just say now that it is likely to be later tomorrow afternoon before I have time for long posts or emails.

No, you're good. And it was clearly a common error. The source of my headache is mostly a high fever. Which is currently making it very difficult for me to think straight to untangle this mess. It looks like it needs a bit of a deus ex machina, and I wanted to give some constructive criticism to Omni highlighting which parts of this arc worked and which didn't so we can learn from this experience and get better. But I'm sick and cranky and not feeling very diplomatic at the moment so better to wait until later.

Feel free to hijack Khoda and have him terminate the devil and bring the kid back. He is a god, after all, and an extraordinarily grouchy one, at that, so it'd be right up his alley. Or I could write it if you wanted, since it'd be an off-camera deal.
It would also be a great hook for me to use in future conflicts between him and Nasima, just as icing.
