I did an elf race based on a MMO I use to play they were based more on Norse elves so they were swordsman and divine magic users. Here is the 20 RP version at first I thought of going with advanced strength but changed it so they did not seem to min-max.
Based on the game they were the strongest race, best swordsman and the most faithfully to the Goddess of the game. They were highly militaristic using force of arms in almost everything. However because of this they were very arrogant. Thought most of the time well they could be. On to the faithfully part they prayed everyday thanked the Goddess in almost everything. The church had almost as much power as the King in their country.

I have a question though Dragonborn why did you make them tiny?
Oh I see. I have to figure out how tall to make my race they are taller than normal elves along with weighing more. Most of the were not pale to which I thought was cool. Though the nice things about them was one of their normal hair colors was grey.

Mine was going to be a centaur like demon looking eidolon. How about a elven looking angel with an axe or spear instead of classic sword?

A crit does not equal a beheading...Did you get a twenty on the confirmation roll? And then a twenty to confirm that?

The way I read the ability if you get a nat 20 then confirm the crit the vorpel effect happens. You dont need a second nat 20. But sense he has regeneration he is not dead even if headless. Still wrapped up and maybe suffering str dmg but alive.
At least the balor can freak when the headless body takes a swing at him. :)

What vorpal effect? I'm in class so not only away from books, but can't really keep consulting mutiple windows. This is inherent to the balor?
Balors typically have vorpal swords.
But didn't Enre get hit with the whip?
Balors can bestow the vorpal effect to any weapon they wield. Normally the longsword and whip they use.

Okay, so let me get this straight...the vorpal property specifically says it can only be put on edged weapons....and the balor entry says the whip is vorpal....>.<

For the record he is not dead yet due to regeneration. He is just missing a head and very hurt.

You forgot the fort save btw. Should have listed the unsealed AC cause really a 22 is insanely low for this game. ;)

Ability dmg, you save nothing happens but if you fail you take 1 str dmg.
Be aware that Filne does not come off as a lich. It takes an insane perception check to see him as a lich. He does not give off a smell or even rot for the most part thanks to his robe. Certain people will get a vague sense of him. Anyone with lifesense will not pick him up for example. Also anyone with a undead sensing ability will get a strange reading from him, while he wont be picked up completly he will not be undetectable to them as well.
Hope that does not step on anyones toes to much. :)
