I admit it was videogames that prompted me to ask, haha!
I'll dust off that spreadsheet I made a while back and make sure my legacy ring is up to snuff. It was basically a pimped out version of my Ring of Protection so even if I lose the one I have, I'm happy to replace it with something ridiculous.
As for magic items, the cloak and armor could easily just be converted to gold if it helps. I chose my distinctions to replace their bonuses and keep Cassian functioning the same as he did when we started so it makes no difference to me, personally.
From my understanding...
Special purpose items (like Ael's Starsong Sash) and skill boosters (like Leon's Boots of Elvenkind) aren't accounted for with Heroic Distinctions so they'll be fine keeping them. It's just the +1 enchantment stuff that we'll need to figure out (weapons/armor/belts/headbands/etc...).

Hey Cori. Do you mind if I exchange my longsword for a rapier? I haven't used it yet so I figured it wouldn't be a biggy if I did the proper exchange. I'd still appreciate it to be of Qin origin just for story purposes, but it still functions like a rapier (more like a fencing sabre). I'd appreciate it! If not, no bigs.

Diyeana, tried to build your charater in herolab to help out but the 3pp archetype was a step too far.
You've got a really confusing and complex build already. All I could see is that you've got more hit points and feats than I can figure out... probably just due to the complex build (three archetypes!)
Sorry, I'm a bit lost.

            Good question!
I think I'll be going with another level of sorcerer.
And sorry for any confusion on my part, but there should only be two archetypes Mysterious Stranger and Musket Master. Those combined together are what make her baddass with a Rifle instead of a revolver.
The Skyborne is not an archetype, it's a sorcerer Bloodline. All sorcerers have to have one.
BUt ya, I know what you mean, I sometimes tend to lean towards complicated character types. It is certainly possible that I have made a mistake somewhere with feats though. Gunslingers do get a few extras. And I vaguely remember that Corerue may have let me have another due replace an overlapped ability. But that could also be some other game I'm thinking of. Also I may have messed up the Hp, happens. If you could point out where you think the errors may be, I'll be happy to correct them if they're there.
I'm very grateful for your help Ael, and if you want to try plugging it all again to herolab, that'd be awesome. You can just plug them in as plain Gunslinger and Sorcerer if that makes it easier. I can figure out the rest no problems, the archetypes don't really change all that much.

            sharpshooter
A sharpshooter’s style is to take time with each ranged atack made, trading a hail of arrows for making fewer atacks, but imbuing each with devastating efectiveness.
Lethal Accuracy (Ex): You can aim a ranged atack with extreme accuracy if you take a litle extra time. As a full-round action, you may make a single ranged atack with a ranged weapon. This single atack is +1 to its atack rolls and deals an additional 1d6 damage of the same type as the weapon used to make the atack. These bonuses increases to +2 atack/+2d6 damage at 5th level, +3/+3d6 at 10th level, +4/+4d6 at 15th, and +5/+5d6 at 20th level.
Bonus Feat: You gain a bonus feat at 2nd, 6th, 10th, 14th and 18th levels. The bonus feat must be a combat feat and it must relate to ranged atacks or ranged weapons.
Called Shot (Ex): At 8th level, your accuracy is so great you may aim for specifc parts ofa target. Thesecalled shots allowyou to atempt at range the combat maneuvers bull rush (a shot to the eyes or feet), disarm (shot to the hand), sunder (shot to a weapon or item), or trip (shot to the legs or feet). You used your CMB for these atacks, and sufer penalties to your CMB equal to any range penalties you incur. A target of your ranged bull rush is driven back 5 feet +5 feet for every 5 by which your CMB check exceeds the target’s CMD (unlike with a melee bull rush, you do not yourself move). Your target cannot atempt to disarm or trip you as a result of your ranged disarm or trip atacks.
You can also atempt to make a ranged grapple against a target with an atack that deals piercing damage, but only if the target is adjacent to an upright object of at least its size (including walls, trees, and terrain but not other creatures). If your CMB check succeeds, the creature is considered grappled and cannot move from its square, as you staple part of it to a wall or similar area. You cannot make a ranged grapple check to damage, pin, or tie up a target. The target remains grappled until it makes a CMB check that exceeds your original CMB check to grapple it, or it breaks the ammunition grappling it or the item it is stapled to.
At the GM’s discretion, a called shot may also allow you to make other normally impossible shots, such as spliting in half an arrow already in the bullseye of a target, or shooting a cord of the mast of a ship during a storm. Hiting an AC of 30 with a called shot is normally sufcient for this kind of showy accuracy

            So I just realized this....
Cryxian - No known singular dialect. The Undead of Cryx are known to have their own language, which is called Thrall Speech. To learn Thrall Speech you would need to spend 4 skill points, 300 gp and make an insanity roll (high will save). :) If you dare. ;) Learning the language of the dead has its advantages at a grave cost.
Would Leon and Aurora possibly already know this language since they are Cryxian...

Diy - I think the biggest problem with the archetypes is balance. The Spellhammer could be helpful but it's really lacking when you compare it to some of the others like the Youxia or the Harrier which could easily be the groundwork of full blown classes on their own.
I guess the question you should ask yourself is: what kind of character do you want to create? A sniper who casts spells or a sorceress with a rifle? Judging by your feats and spells Diyeana seems to lean towards the martial side of things (but I've been wrong before).
I looked into the Arcane Archetypes when I was trying to find something for Cassian but they're all a little weak. The only one that looked interesting was the Minstrel which gives you a very very limited list of Bard spells and a couple extra skill ranks per level but I eventually settled for Weapon Champion because it felt like the most fitting for my character. It's boring and adds no real versatility but it allowed Cassian to do what he already does with a slight bonus. I only wish they had a book of Skill-type Archetypes. Fighter is a pretty dull class comparatively so I would have preferred something to give me a little Umpfff, so to speak, outside of combat.
If you're still at a complete loss just take Youxia. Seriously. It gets Lay on Hands. LAY ON HANDS! Sharpshooter would be nice if we weren't already playing with the Called Shots variant so that whole mechanic is practically voided.

For the purpose of fun (and to get a few posts on this board) I would like to formally submit to discussion: Gestalt Characters.
For those of us who feel a bit underwhelmed or disinterested in the SGG Archetypes available, how would you feel about using Gestalts instead? My suggestion would be to replace the SGG Archetypes with a full blown class, such is gestalt. As far as (over)power levels go this would be a minor jump up from where we already are.
I won't go into great detail. I just would like to hear what the rest of you think about it.
... And the DM! The DM fist actually. I didn't forget about him, no. I... I...

:-o He said the G word!
I could see it being cool if we didn't use the SGG class. I wouldn't take both though. Messy messy.
Not sure what I'd do either. maybe I'd just use what I have and gestalt them, thogh I think it'd be best to go rogue/wizard instead of rogue/bard. But yeah. That'd require a class-scratch/do-over.
Rogue/bard would still synergize well. Especially for rogue talents (archaeologists archetype). That could give me the extra talents to take rogue magic talents and beef my casting.

Maybe some marijuana will help? :)
In all seriousness, I find what helps me break the block is to remember what motivated me originally to write a story. And then I smoke.
