If you design a greater get of disguise that is single use per day you can divide the cost by 5. That brings the cost to craft down to 1200. Retail value is 2400. 12000/5

Greater hat of disguise is an interesting item.

But if you take the item creation rules into account as given on d20pfsrd then the price would be 2(lvl)x3(CL)x2000gp and If the duration of the spell is 1 minute/level, multiply the cost by 2.

If you take that divided by 5, then you're down to 3 min/per use. I'd say this will probably die at the price. Because we are short on gold all the time. And will probably not spend the price equivalent of a ship on that.

The thing is, that it was a lot of fun to do a little roleplaying about domination. But it is something completely different to play out the use of such a magic item. As the boards are PG13 or such I don't think it will improve the gameplay to have that thing.

I'd rather play out the tension of not being able to have it than to have it in three days and then hide it behind the black curtain.

Everything sold goes for 85%. The decision is just what goes and what stays. So everyone has to state a list of items he/she wants to keep. If items are on the list of more than one person there will be oil wrestling fights for that. And I'll be the umpire :D

And don't forget items for the ships you want to keep, if there are any.

Estelle has a amulet of natural armor +1 if someone needs it, if not she is giving it to Owlbear.

I leveled my NPC's Flips now negates the -4 penalty to everyone he is commanding with siege weapons.

10 Units Plunder = 10000 gold = 8500 gold.

8500/6 = 1416 so lets say another 1500 gold to the PC's/ that leaves 2k for the NPC's and Boat.

The crown went to Trytton?

The Jewel box is 425 gold

The Jewellery is all gone to the captain? 2125 gold

Total 2550

500 gold for each PC that leaves 550+1223.5+2000=3773.5 gold for the crew and boat stuff.

That makes 750+500+1500= 2750 gold for the PC's total out of this go.

There is a kind of empty spellbook where you don't have to pay the costs of copying spells nut I can't find that right now. The other option would be that Chay finds some simpleton on a flea market who sells books and has unknowingly a full spellbook in the selection.

Estelle upgraded her armor she is now Defense 20, still low I would think but it is what it is. I feel like using hero lab to upgrade a weapon doesn't do it properly of I just never really got it throughout 3.5.

so a +1 enchant on a weapon is 2k, to add an ability like "Flaming" is another 2k so bringing the cost up to 4k? It was bumping it up to 8k

No. Flaming is equivalent to an additional +1 on the weapon.
So a +1 flaming weapon is the same price as a +2 weapon. (8k)

Unless the power has a gold price cost, assume it is the same as adding the equivalent + to a weapon. And this go up as outlined above.

There a reason that after about 10 level the gold characters get becomes rediculios if you try to look at it in any realistic economic model.

So say range is 120ft, I can emanate at 30ft radius, or a 40ft range cone. DC of concentration check is 15 + 2 * blast level.

Ok let's step back.

Who's having fun here?

I'll be honest, I'm just ok with this AP. It's not nearly as fun as I expected.
There doesn't seem to be any story, and the combats are generally blah.

The only fun seems to be what we make it outside the AP and I can get that snywhere.
If the others are enjoying themselves, I'll continue, but right now if others are just "I don't care" I'm fine if we just have the crew sail off into the sunset.

I will agree that the AP could be more engaging. Not that it is bad, just that it could be better. I would like to see what other's say before I chime in more.

You'd get a story running after the loose threads of some conspiracy pretty soon. How well that goes I don't know, but it is mostly the good old follow the quest just with a ship with crew dragged behind.

I don't think the story to come is bad. It's just not very pirate like.

The ship combats are bad though, and the Lady of the rock killed the best interactions in game (just my opinion).

But Lito was the one who kept the game moving onwards. He has stopped doing that for a while now and no one else jumped in. So I'd say that pretty much kills it.

I have found the szecond books of some of the APs don't have that much story but are more about the Travel, Wrath will be the same way when you get to book 2 as you travel a lot in the book and it is those once a day battles.

I do like this but I think maybe I make Estelle to simplistic, this might be an AP that requires characters with a lot of depth like Lito has with all his Diplomatic skills and such to drive certain parts of the story, we also have a party that doesn't mesh to well into the AP since we have 2 big melee fighters, a ranged Kineticist and a bard, we don't have that Divine or heavy Arcane presence.

I mean I could switch out Estelle for an Oracle because I have never played one before.
