That might be a good idea, but the most recent post of Ned's other aliases dates to the 6th, which is only slightly more recent than his activity here.

Just a general warning for people: I'm gearing up to add a puppy to my household so what little free time I have is going to plummet quite a bit as things adjust over here so I can get him trained and give him the attention he needs.

Sorry about the extremely long pause. It looks like I picked the worst moment to start a campaign up.

Long story short, with the new addition to the household, drama at work, in the neighbourhood, three other games and a variety of things, I'm going to have to put this on haitus. I'm really sorry that things really lost steam and all these things have come up to eat my time but I just don't have the mental energy available by the end of the day to provide a fun and exciting game nor to do justice to the piratey-ness of the campaign.

When (if?) things settle down and I'm certain that I can get things rolling properly again, I'll contact you all to see if you're still interested, but as it stands I gotta put it on definite hold. I had high hopes for this game, it was cool while my brain was still rollin' and I'm sorry it's gone the way of many other PbPs.
