LOL ok for all the terrible terrible rolls this party makes, those last few really made up for it.
Alejia is pretty surprised to find Aqua sticking her with needlepoint precision and the blow delivers a terrific wound. Even more upsetting is Juans moight follow up which pretty much solves the problem of Alejia for good. She hits the floor, bleeding out rapidly.
The last pirate sees his plight, drops his rapier and tries looking as pitiful as he can;
"Parley?"

Juan tries to force the influence of the anger out of his mind, throwing down his spear as black coils of darkness wrap around him in agitation. Finish him! Finish him. Finish all of them! Wipe them out!
He bellows something largely incomprehensible at the surrendering pirate.

Aquavius withdraws her rapier and wipes it clean with a handkerchief. She then drops the cloth on what's left of Aleja, making absolutely no attempt to stabilize her.
She hears the pirate mumble something and smiles. "Oh? YOU must the brains of the operation. I was afraid you were going to do something stupid like your...captain here did. Juan also thinks that's a good idea." She motions towards Aleja. "We'll be sailing you back to Riddleport, and you'll explain everything that's going on this island, here."
"Juan, can you help our friend here?" She turns to the wounded scholar. "Sorry for the violence, mister. Some people don't know when to quit. Aquavius is the name, and rescuing you is my game. Elias Tammerhawk said you never showed up, so we're here to help."

The pirate nods his firm agreement, "If that's the way it is to be, I'll talk so hard the air will fill your sails all the way back to Riddleport"
The wounded scholar similarly just looks thrilled to be alive, blood notwithstanding "Hirako Gurukaza, and very delighted you arrived..." looking at what appears to be YET ANOTHER group of pirates "For a second there I thought you might just be more pirates, and I'd be out of the frying pan and into the fire

Uncle Tetchy is impressed, and honestly slightly worried about the speed with which Juan and Aqua cut down the woman. Not so close to me! he trumpets, then turns to the prisoner You ok, spindly man? If not, I can ask one of the guys to use my healing stick.

The man is thankful for the healing, and thankful to be alive.
He avails himself of the ministrations of Tetchy and Juan.

Ending music
"Set a course for Riddleport if you please Mr Jones!"
With the small fleet of The Topaz Titan and the Lionfish under your command, you begin the journey back to Riddleport. As you cast your eyes across the open sea and feel the deck roll comfortingly beneath your feet there is more than one heart-string pulling moment where you consider simply resetting the course and striking out on a new adventure however your steadfast loyalty sees your steady hands guide the ships home.
You sail your mini armada into Riddleport and you can hear the crews gossip and murmur as you pass - indeed you are given passing honours by one strange crew. You turn the ships over to the Society, along with your prisoner.
With the assault on the Order of Cyphers ceased, business returns to normal rather quickly for Tammerhawk and his academic associates. Wordspreads quickly through Riddleport of the parties defeat of Alejia's gang, and the Pathfinders develop a reputation as a formidable force within the town. For the rescue of Hirako
Gurukaza, Venture-Captain Heidmarch expresses her thanks, as does the rescued sage.
Gurukaza promises you all any aid he can offer should they ever be in need of his assistance in the City of Cyphers, and vows to do his best to ensure that Tammerhawk and any allied to the crime boss know the extent of the your deeds.
Congrats, that was a ripper!

Woo! I'm glad those hits came when they did. This is one encounter I wouldn't want to draw out.
Qillion laughs. "At least we're not pirates today..."
"Haha! Who are you kidding, Qillian? We're pirates, and damn proud of it! We do things our way, the seas are our mistress, and a bottle of rum is our finest companion." Aquavius laughs. "That being said, we made quite the change here, eh? Much more important than burying treasure or raiding a ship of civil folk..."
Aquavius enjoys the ship ride back, minus her indigestion. The next day she decides to use her newfound fame to reclaim her confiscated, lucky pistol.
"'Bout time." Aquavius mumbles as she checks her firearm. "NOW I'm ready for anything."

"Arrr. The finest booty on th' waves is th' boon companionship of yer fellah sailors. Hembad 'ouldn't have it any other way. 'e's big on th' makin' connections thing!"
Juan has more than likely ended up with a nice chunk of change from this, but is also curious as to the provenance of the vessels... would they be available for sale at some future point?
When Aquavis gets her pistol he blinks. "Y'mean t' tell us y' were fightin' wi'out half yer weapons th' whole time?"
Thank you for running, sir. And... oh, wow... boon... um will let you know.

Before we wrap up...
"This damn dog bite is swelling. Anyone know a good healer 'round here?"
I don't really know what it entails, but don't we need to resolve diseases before chronicles, least we just die?

My heart weeps on the poop deck
My heart breaks on the poop deck
If the water tastes like brine
What to do, heart once a whole?
Between the hiccups and the burps
My stomach turns and shows the bile
I spit it out, like streams of soup
I see a man, a-steering ship
Standing tall, hand at the helm
Yet my place is on the poop deck
My heart weeps on the poop deck

When Aquavis gets her pistol he blinks. "Y'mean t' tell us y' were fightin' wi'out half yer weapons th' whole time?"
"Yeah. I have quite a debt to repay with the Pathfinders Society before I get my stuff back. Ol' Lucky here is the first."
"What's the deal, Juan? I think we're the only people who understand each other right now. No need to do that during a fight."

Neither of the diseases are fatal, they just make you wish you were dead. So from that perspective your characters could just take some alka-seltzers and wait them out - an even quicker process with a couple of Heal checks to give you a few +'s and a bowl of chicken soup.
