"Though the dockside Wharf District was once one of the most prosperous parts of Riddleport, in recent years the district has declined into a state of shabbiness, and crime is rampant throughout many of the run-down shops and warehouses" bemoans a local dockside tavern owner who clearly had better days before the money moved to the other districts.
A completely diresputable street urchin, lubricated by the shine of a silver and a warm meal shares an observation "Shady folk have been paying locals in the Wharf District to keep quiet about anything they might see or hear, and some mercenary dockhands have found work hauling oddly-shaped cargo to what was thought to be a derelict building."
As you get to nightfall and are considering turning in for the night, a chance discussion with a few sellswords reveals the best lead of the day, "Recently, some pirates paid dockworkers to look the other way as they led a gagged and blindfolded person from a large crate into a derelict warehouse on the edge of the Wharf District." They give you a rough description of what to look out for. You are confident you could track that down.

"That was good, kid." Aquavius ruffles his hair. "Keep your head down, tonight. But tomorrow keep your chin up."

"Now that's what I'm talking about. We got a lead, boys. And lady." She winks at Azura. "I'm ready when you are- we should move before they ship their cargo."
When it's time to move, Aquavius carefully stalks the warehouse and tries to scope the place.

The foul, mucky weather is enough to make any possible source of refuge look at least a little more hospitable, but the tattered sides of this rundown building have clearly seen better days. The waterlogged boards that hold it up have numerous holes that have been boarded over with newer planks. The warehouse’s few windows are high off the ground and intermittently broken; those still intact are far too grimy to see through anyway. While the building itself hardly looks like a viable base of operations, a flicker of light can be seen from within. The east and west loading doors are closed, as well as the narrower south door, which has a sliding peep hole built into it at eye level.
The loading doors are large and heavy and would require some brute force to open, the side door looks a fair bit easier, however it has an obvious lock.
Map is up, feel free to place yourselves and have a look at the external layout etc

So I reckon you could sing it (20% chance to fail) but you can't hear it to get the benefit yourself
A raging song has audible components, but not visual components. Affected allies must be able to hear the skald for the song to have any effect. A deaf skald has a 20% chance to fail when attempting to use a raging song. If he fails this check, the attempt still counts against his daily limit. Deaf creatures are immune to raging songs.
