I see that in theory Trick Riding gives you two shots at it but again from the feat:

+22 is from the War Saddle. There probably is a way to get that +5 to show up in the right place in Hero Lab, but I'm not going to bother with it.
You're parsing the sentences for trick riding different than I would (and different than I think an English teacher would). I'd say the clause "When wearing light or no armor" modifies the first sentence, not the second and third sentences.
I'd use the lack of any such restriction on Mounted Combat as evidence.
