OK, you head through the portal into the final encounter.
I'll assume you rested first (you have time).
You can do any spell prep you want before stepping in.
You step through into a rather odd place. Around you seems to be a cave which has pools of fire in the floor, but with stone passages moving through the fire. While on the stone surface, you don't feel any particular discomfort. There are pillars of gold rising up through the fire to the cave roof.
Ahead of you on a raised platform is a throne, upon it sits a human with many gets implanted into his skin. Next to him is the blue dragon you fought before.
Between you and him are two of the mind controlled storm giants.
Seems like a good time to roll initiative.

Karzoug has been watching you the whole time as you've been moving through his HQ. His Int is in the upper 30s. Us normal humans get to approximate an Int like that by telling his flunkies exactly what's smart to do.
