They swing open with surprisingly little resistance for their size.

The interior of this dazzling chamber is awash in golden light—it shines from every gem, every strip of gold, and every silver-inlaid wall carving, creating a kaleidoscope of color and riches. The checkerboard pattern on the floor is interrupted in a twenty-foot-wide path from the northeastern doors to a throne on a dais of onyx to the southwest by a path of what appear to be countless rubies, forming a “red carpet” of sorts to the throne itself. This throne, if possible, makes the rest of the chamber’s extravagance seem pale and poor, for it is made of shining gold, diamonds, rubies, and sapphires, and draped with shimmering, glowing furs from unrecognizable creatures.

Inside the room are 4 huge giants and a human sized being in full plate. They don't appear to be greeters.

Assuming we ID gear etc Bo can make use of the +5 shield and +5 amulet of natural armor as he has assumed the frontline roll. Also I think he mightbe the only one that can use the ioun stone as alchemist dont actually cast spells..

That means he has a +3 shield and +2 amulet to hand out if anyone wants it btw..

You open the door and there's two giants there waiting (you did take a while). One was the runner, and another giant, who is even larger.

This giant’s skin is black and pitted, like roughly cast iron, and etched with glowing red runes.

Both of try to swat you away.

Bigger goes first.

to hit: 1d20 ⇒ 20 damage: 4d6 + 22 ⇒ (4, 6, 4, 4) + 22 = 40 Alas, since it's not technically an attack, I don't see that it can crit This knocks you back 10' and you're prone.

Other one takes a 5' step and yells "Fore!"

to hit: 1d20 ⇒ 8 damage: 4d6 + 24 ⇒ (4, 6, 6, 3) + 24 = 43 tag
and you fly back another 10' still prone.

init: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 That doesn't bode well

There's only the 2 giants in the room.
