The One Dead Goat Gruff Update
Before Percy gets to do her stuff, anyone assisting can give me some rolls.

Both: Roll 1d2 (specify P or R) and 1d100

The first check lets you shrug off any negative magic effects. The second check gives Percy a measure of control over any Primal Magic eruptions. The third/fourth rolls determine what crazy Primal stuff happens.

More Info: P/R determines which random table is used - Chaos Magic (Inner Sea Magic) or the Rod of Wonder table. In either case, the effect generated won't be identical to the table (eg. rolling the "random PC turns blue forever" result won't actually change people's skin color) but will be heavily inspired by it. It's mostly to provide descriptive flavor to the ritual write-up, but certain results will have in-game effects. Thanks to Neverhome, Percy gets a small measure of control over this (PM will be sent shortly). Once Percy's rolled and made a few final decisions, I'll post what happens.

IMPORTANT: If anyone else wants to assist, there's still time. Once Percy posts her rolls, time's up though. :-)

Sorry about the wait: it's an extremely long post. Chaos Magic goat resurrection rituals are complicated. ;-)

Gruff is now a ghost. Of course, the primal energy has affected him as well, so he's now CG and a bit of a prankster. Since he's now incorporeal, that means expect a lot of jump scares at inconvenient times. ;-)

Also, here's what Percy's Eye looks like now. No in-game effect, but it's definitely noticeable.

In a little bit, I'll put the ritual crunch under the Campaign Info tab. While Vashti will render the entire thing irrelevant in a few levels when she can access raise dead and other such spells, I'll keep this as an option if anyone is ever so inclined. I hope it was worth the wait. Enjoy your new companion/mascot/friend! :-)
