In the darkness,Zsestrian was catching his breath, legs shaking for hours, maybe days, of running. Suddenly, a river of voices, whispers and echoes entered his ears and flooded his mind.
He turned his head, and there it stood a huge gate, made of an obsidian-like material, its shape twisted in nightmarish ways. Zsestrian could do nothing but stare at it with tear-filled eyes, paralyzed by fear. He still couldn't move when the darkness, no, pure blackness, from inside the gate grappled him and started to bring him inside it. And then he saw it. A scarf, a little trail of orange was shimmering like a road in the darkness that surrounded him. Zsestrian followed it with his gaze and saw a raven, which was staring back at him with its black eyes... Zsestrian woke up sweating "Oh, don't worry Crow, it was just the same dream as always. I'm used to it!" said to the raven with a broad smile.
After a moment of silence Crow croaked :"Near here, Heldren,about a week or so, Swallotail festival". The name rang familiar to Zsestrian0" Wasn't that a festival in honor of Desna or som..."
Appearance:
Something is very odd,almost unsettling in Zsestrian's appearence. He appears as he had been...drained of his colors. His skin ,exceptionally pale, makes a stark contrast with his jet-black hair, and his eyes are of a blue so light to seem almost silver.
Maybe to sway the attention away from his unnerving features, Zsestrian prefers to wear colorful and eye-cacthing clothes. Something that is always present in Zsestrian attire is a long, orange scarf, rich with green and pink embroideries. Even if he doesn't still know it, this is a Kapenia, a Varisian ceremonial scarf, and probably the greatest hint that Zsestrian has to uncover his past. Personality:
Zsestrian could be called the embodiment of Happy-go-luckyness. Always ready to lend a hand, he's usually not someone to worry about things, and has lived his almost complete lack of memories rather peacefully.
Unfortunately for him, Zsestrian posses almost gnome-level curiosity, something that has put him in danger more than one time. It could even, maybe, be the cause of his amnesia... Biting Shadow Hex:
