Before going upstairs, Radsworth pokes at the bodies for anything useful.

Before proceeding upstairs, Levinson dismisses Kepler for the day.

Levinson looks around the room with its unique interior design tastes and its even more unique occupants.

In Alko (well... except the French): "Love what you've done with the place, not really HGTV-chic, but it has a certain je ne sais quoi. Sorry for having to wreck up the place."

Assuming we get the jump on them: Levinson casts Summon Monster V to summon 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Augmented Cerberi.

Initiative (if needed): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15

Pausing the others just outside of the Penthouse, Radsworth spits a few words in the bulky, droning language of Abjuration.

Renewing everyones Protection from Evil spell before they get too spread out, he considers the challenge ahead.

"Remember, most elemental damage will be wasted. Not a lot to do about that if it's all you've got, but you've been reminded. One of these also has impressive powers of enchantment. The abjuration I've just cast should help with that."

Taking a deep breath, he readies himself for the worst.

Male Human (Dwarfblood/Infused) Inquistor 12/ Paladin of Vengence 4 / Chevalier 3| Mythic Guardian-Champion 9 (Lvl 19)

Derrik doesn't even clean the blood from him like before, he becomes more quiet and merciless, cleaving the heads from both Sorceresses immediately after they fell. Continuing up, both his weapons glowing their contrasting colors; Red and Blue, Black and White, Pure and Viscous clouds. His armor surges, the runes growing erratic and recreating multitudes of characters as two Black spike-like protrusions come from his back.

" There will surely be... The master here... I must ask you all this one time.. that I become selfish beyond all other times.. I must ask you leave that one to me... then I can finally fulfill my promise..and be worthy of showing my face. We researched of his type.. he will want the same for his pride... there will be multiple creatures... I simply wish for it to feel all the pain it has given to this world.. and finally lose to a measly human.. so that in death it has no happiness at all. "

He looks to the FO's eyes glowing both red and gold.

" Do not let any escape... "

Having prepared himself for the worse, Derrik walks in trying to find this Daemonlord.

Between the altar at the chamber's center and the great basalt idol of Cthulhu on the north wall stands what must be the Daemonlord of the Silver Tower--an abominable, squid-headed, chitin-plated piscodaemon some 7 feet tall! It's position is about 30 ft east of the FOs' front line....

To the Daemonlord's right side looms a horror out of the fevered nightmares of a madman--an oily, black, polypous mass with a single, unblinking, crimson eye, supported on several ropy black tentacles--this must be the dreaded chernobue qlippoth! It's position is about 20 ft east of the FOs' front line....

To the Daemonlord's left side stands the still-smoldering black-robed necromancer that escaped Marcus' black tentacles spell by teleporting here! He stands about 40 ft east of the FOs' front line....

Arranged in a line before the altar are three great frog-like daemons--hydrodaemons! The nearest is about 20 ft east of the FOs' front line; the middle one is 30 ft away; and the far one is 40 ft away....

This creature isnt stupid and has been warned... but there is always hope.. not that you would want to provoke from ALL OF THOSE... especially the Qlippoth.. that would mean insta-death. Most likely they are all ready and have their orders..like us

They are shoulder-to-shoulder to form a daemonic barrier 30-ft wide! You will have to either overrun or go around to get to the foes behind the altar....

Roger that!

MJ dashes with inhuman speed to the hydrodaemon on the far left....

Powerful overhand chopping Sword of Sif 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (4) + 24 = 28 deals 2d6 + 33 ⇒ (1, 4) + 33 = 38 slashing plus 2d6 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6 holy damage! A total of 44 damage on the left-most hydrodaemon!

Spending a mythic power point, MJ makes a sudden attack as a swift action....
Sudden powerful overhand chopping Sword of Sif 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (17) + 24 = 41 deals 2d6 + 33 ⇒ (5, 1) + 33 = 39 slashing plus 2d6 ⇒ (1, 1) = 2 holy damage!

Confirm critical 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (19) + 24 = 43 confirms! Critical damage 2d6 + 33 ⇒ (4, 4) + 33 = 41 slashing!

A total of 120 damage with two swift cuts, and the hydrodaemon falls with a dying croak gurgling in its frog like throat!

Female Human Summoner 11 / Diabolist 1 | Mythic Archmage-Guardian 4 (Lvl 12)

Koran raises Mjolnir and with a clap of thunder he dashes across the room to leap upon the nearest hydrodaemon with the ferocity of a wild beast.

Wild fighting PA Mjolnir 1: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (7) + 22 = 29 Damage: 4d6 + 2d6 + 2d6 + 36 ⇒ (5, 4, 1, 6) + (1, 4) + (2, 2) + 36 = 61 - 4 from electricity resistance = 57

Male Human (Dwarfblood/Infused) Inquistor 12/ Paladin of Vengence 4 / Chevalier 3| Mythic Guardian-Champion 9 (Lvl 19)

Pounce.. he charged... Koran's AC is literally garbage now...

Human Dark Tapestry Oracle 15; Mythic Hierophant Tier 6; HP: 114/114

Since everyone is obviously NOT going to stick around long enough to take a Blessing of Fervor, Marcus will have changed his plan.

Lamenting the fact that 5th level spells are ever so slightly out of his reach, he casts Hold Person on the Necromancer who escaped him earlier.

DC 23 Will.

Asexual Chernobue qlippoth Outsider #, Mythic rank 6

Not that it changes much, but MJ and Koran take a -1 penalty on attack and damage rolls for being good-aligned within the TT's aura of misfortune....

Ahhhh! Sweet! I stand corrected....

The two remaining hydrodaemons fall like grass before a scythe as Koran, "Hammer of Thor", pounces upon the middle daemon, Mjolnir rising and falling in a lightning-blue blur, and then pounding the right-most daemon's frog like skull to a bloody pulp!

Asexual Chernobue qlippoth Outsider #, Mythic rank 6

The view of the basalt altar, and of the three evil villains behind it, is now unobstructed, revealing to the FOs' eyes the full horror of the Tentacled Terror's appearance! All FOs must succeed on a DC 20 Will save or be paralyzed with revulsion at the sight of the TT!

Female Human (Navajo) Cleric 20; Mythic Hierophant tier 10; hp 176

Will save vs DC 20 horrific appearance 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24 succeeds! Daisy is certainly repulsed and disgusted at the sight of the TT, but not to the point of paralysis....

Female Human Summoner 11 / Diabolist 1 | Mythic Archmage-Guardian 4 (Lvl 12)

Will Saves
Levinson: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18 +Mythic Surge (2/5): 1d6 ⇒ 2 = 20
Wormwood: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27
Cerberus 1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Cerberus 2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Cerberus 3: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Human Dark Tapestry Oracle 15; Mythic Hierophant Tier 6; HP: 114/114

Will: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30

Marcus completely ignores the, to him, mundane sight of the tentacle beast.

Male Human Two-handed fighter 10/urban barbarian 9/cleric of Sif 1; Mythic Champion tier 10; hp 263

Will save vs DC 20 horrific appearance 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 fails....and a surge wouldn't help in this case.... MJ stands frozen with skin-crawling revulsion as he gawks with mouth agape at the Tentacled Terror, nearly retching at the disgusting appearance of the qlippoth.... He is paralyzed for 2d6 ⇒ (4, 6) = 10 rounds!

Asexual Chernobue qlippoth Outsider #, Mythic rank 6

Levinson and Wormwood shake off their horror at the TT's vile aspect, but all three summoned cerberi freeze with revulsion, paralyzed for 2d6 ⇒ (1, 5) = 6 rounds (#1), 2d6 ⇒ (5, 4) = 9 rounds (#2), and 2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7 rounds!

Male Human (Dwarfblood/Infused) Inquistor 12/ Paladin of Vengence 4 / Chevalier 3| Mythic Guardian-Champion 9 (Lvl 19)

Derrik's eyes beheld the Tentacled Mass of Evil ahead of him and stared past it to his real target.

Will Save: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (16) + 22 = 38

It's appearance seems to slam into the armored knight but his own aura fights back.. an Image of a radiant creature i Alabaster armor turning it away.. that image flickers into a Horned, black-armored creature which roars out.. Derrik tensing.

M Human unchained monk 8/paladin 6

Note that if the paralyzed victims lose sight of or are no longer within 30 ft of the TT, they can attempt new saving throws to break free of the paralysis each round....

M Human unchained monk 8/paladin 6

Which brings up the point that most of the FOs are not actually within 30 ft of the TT, and therefore not subject to its horrific appearance.... So, the three cerberi are not paralyzed (yet), and no one except MJ and Koran (up to this point) need make the saving throw....

M Human unchained monk 8/paladin 6

I'll let Derrik keep that saving throw result for when he enters the 30-ft range of the TT's horrific appearance (which I assume happens on Derrik's turn)....

Male Human (Dwarfblood/Infused) Inquistor 12/ Paladin of Vengence 4 / Chevalier 3| Mythic Guardian-Champion 9 (Lvl 19)

They will though just like Koran because its gunna move up... and so are we; Doesn't hurt I cant fail unless I roll a 1

Male Mythic piscodaemon Outsider 11, mythic rank 5

The Daemonlord casts fly on itself and soars up in a high arc to land on the near side of the basalt altar, taking care not to provoke attacks of opportunity from MJ or Koran, landing 10 ft behind MJ and 15 ft from Koran....

Male Tiefling Wild Rager 11 / Spellbreaker 6 / Chevalier 3 / Champion 9 (current HP: 520/349)

Will: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 10 + 2 = 18 + Surge: 1d6 ⇒ 2 = 20

Koran barely shakes off the terror of the qlippoth.

Male Human Monk 5 (Qinggong Master of Many Styles from the Sacred Mountain)/Fighter (Brawler) 3

Might be a good use of a Surge and hoping for a 4+ there.

Alerted by Marcus' greeting to the presence if his nemesis, the necromancer casts eyebite and targets Marcus this round....DC 23 Fort save or sickened....
