This is the player of Reavis. Since we already have an alchemist, don't have a dedicated arcane character, and I'd rather play in tier, I'd like to switch my character to Rowanna.

Actually, I just noticed that the special does not commence from day 1 of the event. PBP Game Day IV begins on 19 September, but Siege of Serpents will run from 5th November to 20 December, with all tables for the special running concurrently across those weeks.

So feel free to sign up for another pbp game for this event, but let your GM know that the first game must be completed before 5th November.

I will send out PMs to you guys a week or two before the start date. If you want me to e-mail you as well, please send me your e-mail address via PM.

So, I ran this character in To Judge A Soul part 1 and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the PFS group in my area isn't running part 2, which just came out, until after the start of this game. Would it be a problem if I were to play a level 4 witch instead?

I am. Just a heads up, I will be leaving for deployment around this time in 1 week. I still do not have specific dates or times yet, but it's pretty safe to say I will be out of contact after the 5th or 6th, and I expect it to be for a week or less. It's possible it might not even happen at all, but worst case is roughly a week.

I've also applied a few more credits and have updated my character since the beginning, (now 6th level).

It sounds like the timeframe for this special is very tight. I was hoping I could apply a GM credit from a game I'm scheduled to run on the 8th, but I think that might not be possible (depending on what exactly happens in Stage 1 of the scenario).

Since we start tomorrow and the timeline is pretty tight, everyone should probably check in again and make sure their characters are ready.

Are we allowed to be more than two levels away from another player? I'm concerned Jani at 3rd level and Rowanna at 6th level won't be allowed.

Jani is actually 4th level, I just haven't updated the online profile to reflect that yet.

Cool, I was afraid you were waiting for that additional GM credit to level up to 4th.

The GM credit would bring this character to 5th, but I suspect I won't be able to apply it.

My understanding is that it is fine as long as the characters are within a subtier of each other. If the subtiers are 3-4 and 5-6, then a level 3 and a level 6 character can play together, though someone is either going to have a very easy or very difficult time. XD

Hey everyone - I got recruited from the PFS forum. I'll be your front-line fighter/mounted charger today.

Mechanically I'm a mounted character who can switch between charging and clogging up the front line. Looking at the rest of the party that's posted so far, I imagine I'll be doing the second one a little more often. Leaving me charge lanes when you need me to kill stuff is always appreciated, along with any buffs to will saves that you can give me.

Also, I've run this as a GM before, so there might be various points where I'm going to shut up and let you guys make a decision. (I'll still be posting, but it will be more of Prig being the braggart that he is than anything useful though.)

I'm also Reavis' player, so he's dropping out. :)

I want to apologize to you folks for disappearing like that. That is not normally the way I behave. Besides witch I was having fun and enjoying the romp against the badguys.
The reason (not an excuse) was that I got completely hacked. All of my public accounts were screwed up. Offensive emails were sent to all my contacts. Information stolen. Business relationships were strained. Etc… By the time I got most of that straightened out and repaired, I just couldn't bare the thought of spending more time online just for the fun of it.
Again, I'm sorry for leaving you in the lurch like that. It is not typical behavior for me.

Hey guys, checking in. It looks like we're still in the puzzle encounter, so I'm going to keep my mouth shut for the time being. Gives me time to get my laptop fixed anyway.

Jani, Rowanna would like to learn the following spells from your familiar:

diagnose disease
frostbite
peacebond
reduce person
sleep

Level 2
flurry of snowballs
lipstitch

Feel free to copy whatever spell you desire from her familiar's spell list. As listed, Ventriloquism, Invisibility, and Blur are Patron Spells. I formerly had Silence on Rowanna's spell list, but that was another witch's patron spell so I've removed it.

If there are no issues with this, Rowanna will take 10 on the Spellcraft check to learn them all.

If you're OK with the exchange of spells being a little uneven, Jani's familiar will learn:
